Temu My package that was delivered in front of Grandview apts.

I didn't get my delivery at my apt. Door it was dropped at the front of the apartment building. Where it shouldn't be. People will not order from you cause you don't deliver at the apartment doors. I don't like the way they deliver take a picture and they leave. I hope you have more complaints about Grandview Apartments.the packages can be stolen easily if it was delivered to their doors. I'm not going to order from you anymore cause you don't have the people to their job right. The delivery! Do it right!

Temu Tarot deck sellers

I am an independent deck designer (The Textured Tarot) and my designs have been stolen and are being sold as counterfeit items on Temu. They are probably being printed in China. I have only one printer in the UK and they are not printing the decks sold on this site. Other artists and designers are having the same problem and Temu is not removing them on request. This undermines the independent deck designer. I have attached examples. Their website states they are strict on Intellectual property and Copyright etc and yet they are not. They are fraudsters!

Desired outcome: The sellers take down the copies of my decks (that I normally sell on Etsy).

Temu Items ordered was not if good quality missing strap on pocket bood not working as stated it would

I've made two orders from temu most items were missing something or didn't work as stated in description. Trying to get this last order before I remove ur company from my contacts I just want to get this last order which is 12.00+ I only have 13.00 left on my card do not want to waste any more money on these low quality goods u r saying I have to buy 20.00 worth of items min to get my order processed why when I've ordered from u before.. I've never received any free gifts as I chose. What is going on with this company

Temu Disappointing Experience with Temu: Incorrect Sizing, Unfair Refund, & Poor Customer Service

Unfortunately, my experience with Temu was not a positive one. I placed an order and was quite disappointed to find that all of the sizes were incorrect. It was frustrating to receive the items only to have to return them, and I couldn't help but feel disappointed in the company's sizing system.

Once I submitted my return request, I was informed that the refund would go back to my original payment method. However, when the company processed the return, they refused to refund my credit card and insisted that I accept credit on their website. This left me feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do.

When I reached out to their customer service team through their live chat feature, I was met with further disappointment. The live chat lasted over an hour and a half, and despite their claims that they were working to find a solution, nothing was resolved. In fact, the representatives seemed to contradict themselves in their responses, leaving me feeling confused and unsure of what to believe.

Ultimately, I had enough and decided to take matters into my own hands. I submitted a dispute with my bank/credit card and let them handle the situation. While I don't want to discourage anyone from shopping with Temu, I do caution that you need to be very careful when dealing with this company. In my experience, they were not fair business people and did not deliver the level of customer service that I have come to expect from online retailers. If you do choose to shop with them, proceed with caution and make sure you understand their return policy in advance.

Temu Terrible Customer Service Experience: A Review of Temu's Services

As a customer who recently experienced Temu's service, I must say that it was a really bad experience. I had placed an order with them, but unfortunately, I haven't received it yet. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer care team to get a clear update, but they seem to be ignoring my concerns.

Despite numerous attempts, their customer care team keeps giving me the same responses without addressing my problem. I have been trying to get a refund, but all I seem to receive is a repetitive response telling me that my query has been forwarded to a supervisor and they will get back to me in 24/28 hours. It's been 3 days now, and I am still in the same position, with no clear update from their team about my order.

I must say that this has been a terrible experience and I would advise anyone to stay away from this vendor. I had invested a lot of money, and now I am left waiting, unsure of what is happening with my package. Their customer service team seems uninterested in solving my problem and just keeps regurgitating the same spiel.

Overall, my impression of Temu is that they provide substandard customer service, and I regret making a purchase from them. If anyone is considering buying from them, I would advise them to think twice - the level of service I have received from Temu is not what anyone should expect from a reputable company.

Temu Disappointing Experience with Temu: Poor Customer Service and No Refunds Offered

I had a really poor experience with Temu (temu.com) recently, and I wanted to share my thoughts in case it helps someone else out there who might be considering using them. Unfortunately, I never ended up receiving the package that I ordered from them - despite waiting patiently for over a month. I reached out to the company to try and resolve the issue, but I was met with very unsatisfactory responses that didn't help me at all.

One of the most frustrating parts of my experience with Temu was that they didn't seem to be willing to offer me a refund or even store credit, despite the fact that I never received the item I had paid for. Instead, I was told repeatedly to check with my neighbors or with the USPS to see if there was any way I could locate the package. I followed their advice and checked around as much as I could, but unfortunately, nothing ever turned up. Despite all of this, Temu never offered me any additional help or compensation beyond a vague apology for any inconvenience that I had experienced.

What made things even worse was that I had purchased the items as Christmas presents, hoping to give them to my loved ones during the holiday season. Obviously, not receiving the package from Temu was a real disappointment and put a damper on the festive spirit. It was particularly difficult for me because I'm a mom who was already struggling financially during the holiday season, and losing out on this purchase was a huge blow to my family's budget.

To make matters worse, Temu has a "protected purchase" policy that they tout on their website, but it wasn't clear to me how they were actually putting that into practice when it came to their customers. All in all, I was really disappointed by my experience with Temu and would think twice before using their services again in the future.

Temu Disappointing Experience with Temu (temu.com): Questionable Legitimacy, Poor Quality, and Unreliable Customer Service

My experience with Temu (temu.com) has been extremely disappointing. Before purchasing from this company, I must urge you to take caution and consider other options. Despite being listed as a Chinese company, they use an address in Boston, Massachusetts as their location for USA operations. This is already a red flag for me, as it raises doubts about their transparency and legitimacy.

Now moving on to the products themselves, I was disappointed to find that the quality was extremely cheap. My purchase failed to meet my expectations and did not live up to the advertised quality. When I reached out to their support center for assistance with returning the product, I was met with nothing but frustration. Each time I inquired about a return label, I was simply told that they were "working on it" and that I would receive it within 48 hours. Needless to say, I never did. After several unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the company, my only remaining option was to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office and dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Overall, I would not recommend using Temu for any of your purchasing needs. Their lack of transparency, poor product quality, and unreliable customer service make for an unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Temu Temu Review: Buyer Beware - False Advertising, Cheap Quality, Poor Customer Service

When browsing through the website of Temu (temu.com), you may be enticed by the gorgeous images of their products and the seemingly low prices, but let me tell you, don't get fooled by these marketing techniques. The products they offer are of cheap quality and are priced more than they are actually worth. As for their shipping policy, they have promised a delivery time frame of 2-3 weeks, but in reality, the order takes longer to arrive. Furthermore, when attempting to contact their customer service department for assistance, it feels like you are conversing with an automated bot that only repeats the same message repeatedly.

It is evident that there is no actual human customer service to be found on this website, and if you do attempt to return a product, you might as well give up before even trying. It's apparent that this is just another offshore fraudulent company that tricks customers with their attractive imagery and low prices. In actuality, this is just false advertisement and their products are shipped solely by boat.

In conclusion, don't waste your money and time by investing in the products offered by Temu. Stay clear of these types of offshore fraudulent companies that prey on unsuspecting customers whose trust they have won with false advertising. Invest your time and money instead in verified companies that take pride in providing excellent customer services and genuinely valuable products.

Temu Disappointing Experience with Temu: Inaccurate Sizing, Insufficient Protection, and Broken Items. Don't Recommend

I was excited to try out Temu, the online beauty retailer that promises high-quality makeup and skincare products at competitive prices. As soon as my first order arrived, however, my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment.

The packaging was a bright orange plastic bag, which seemed flimsy and insufficient for the delicate items inside. To make matters worse, none of the products were true to size - everything was at least one size smaller than expected. And, to my surprise, not a single item was wrapped properly for protection during shipping. Even though the outside of the package was marked "Fragile," it didn't seem like anyone was taking any extra care to avoid damage.

I immediately took pictures of the mess, documenting the broken Eyeliner which was a beautiful shade of blue, but someone had packed it in a separate bag because it was broken in half. The third and final bag was missing a light. I ordered two, but only received one - a huge letdown.

The first time I received my order it was in a box that was clearly already used, and again, the "Fragile" label seemed to be treated as a mere suggestion. It was clear that whoever handled my order at Temu had very little regard for customer satisfaction and didn't put enough effort into ensuring my purchase arrived in good condition.

Overall, my experience with Temu left much to be desired. I was unhappy with the items, their inaccurate sizing, the insufficient product protection, and broken items. Their handling of the box was shoddy at best. It's a shame because had they put some more effort into this we could have had a long-term relationship.

I wouldn't recommend Temu to anyone who wants to receive quality products in good condition.

Temu Cautionary Review: Temu.com Customer Service was Horrible!

I recently made multiple purchases from Temu.com and for the most part, I had a positive experience. However, my latest transaction left a bitter taste in my mouth. I was excited to purchase a new wig that was priced at $74 with a discount, and later, I had to reorder twice at $80 with a discount. After these failed attempts, I decided to give it another try by reordering at $90 with the hope that the third time would be the charm.

Unfortunately, each time I placed an order, it was canceled by Temu without any explanation. What made matters worse was that the website still listed the item as being in stock, although my orders were not going through. I attempted to reach out to Temu's customer service team multiple times via their chat option and phone call, hoping to resolve the issue, but to no avail.

Although the money was refunded for each canceled order, the lack of transparency about the availability of the item was frustrating. It was disappointing to see that even after a month, the issue was still unresolved, and the promised follow-ups from the customer service team never materialized. I also noticed that the seller of the wig was Kima Hair, but there seemed to be no way to get in touch with them directly.

Overall, my experience with Temu's customer service was HORRIBLE. It is concerning to me that there may be other customers who could potentially face similar issues. If you are considering making a purchase from Temu, I would advise caution, especially if the item you desire is something that you really want. It seems that there could be availability issues and unresponsive customer service, which could lead to a potentially frustrating experience.

Temu Terrible Experience with Temu.com: Unhelpful Customer Service and Missing Package

I had a very negative experience with Temu (temu.com). Back on December 14th, I placed an order for five items. However, I quickly realized that something was wrong when my tracking information wasn't updated since the same day. Despite being informed that I would receive the package on the 27th, it never arrived. The next day, I was still left empty-handed, and to make matters worse, the customer service representative wasn't able to provide me with any helpful information. I was offered a $5 credit, but I declined since I wasn't planning on ordering from Temu again anytime soon.

As the days went by, my frustration only grew. By December 30th, I still hadn't received my package, and tracking information still hadn't been updated. On January 2nd, the situation remained the same. It was becoming apparent that customer service wasn't going to resolve my issue, and the excuse that I had to wait for 15 days for a refund wasn't doing me any good.

By January 7th, I had enough. My package was nowhere to be found, and the lady that I spoke to from customer service told me that the refund would be applied as Temu credit. I quickly informed her that I didn't want that, and that I wanted my money back on my original method of payment. She stated that she would put a request for me, and after two days, I was informed that I had been credited $38.59 to my Temu account.

Overall, my experience with Temu has been a complete disaster. I'm left without my package, and the customer service representatives have been unhelpful throughout the entire process. As a potential customer, I would not recommend using Temu, and I would advise anyone to shop elsewhere.

Temu Disappointing experience with Temu: Poor Quality, Bad Packaging, Slow Shipping & Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently purchased a total of 10 items from Temu (temu.com) and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of most of the items I received was poor, as they were made from cheap and flimsy materials. To make matters worse, I received my items in a bag that was smashed, almost everything inside was crushed. What's ironic is that the company claims to be eco-friendly, yet they use plastic bags for shipping. This really makes me doubt their authenticity.

As if that wasn't enough, the order aggregation process also proved to be a major setback. The company kept my order sitting in their shipping facility for five whole days before it was finally shipped out. This, coupled with the time it took to reach my location, meant that my order arrived quite late. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I have made the decision that I will not be purchasing anything from Temu again.

Upon opening the package, I noticed that the packing on the items was scuffed up and dirty, which was quite disappointing. To add insult to injury, customer service was also a letdown during chats, as they did not answer my questions and instead gave random responses that had nothing to do with my queries.

Words fail to describe my frustration when I realized that two of the items I purchased simply did not work at all, despite showing no clear damage on the packaging. I had bought these items to give as gifts, but the condition of the boxes looked as though they had been pulled straight from a dumpster. It really put a damper on my gift-giving plans.

Looking back, it's hard to see the extent of the damage in the photos I took, but everything was dented and crushed. In conclusion, do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and hassle by not placing an order with Temu. Their poor quality items, slow and unreliable shipping process, and sub-par customer service simply aren't worth it.

Temu TEMU Customer Service Lacks Responsibility for Lost Packages

I recently had an experience with temu.com that left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service. I had placed an order for a jacket which unfortunately turned out to be too large for me. Without any hassle, I placed another order for a smaller size that fit me perfectly. The process of ordering the jacket and receiving it was seamlessly smooth, but the real trouble began when I tried to return the larger size which did not fit me.

TEMU customer service provided me with a return label to send back the jacket. When I dropped the package off at the post office mailbox, I assumed that everything was in order and it would be processed accordingly. However, the package never reached its destination and was declared missing. I reached out to TEMU customer service who apologized for the inconvenience and informed their supervisor about the issue. Sadly, this was only the beginning of my ordeal as nothing more came of it.

I contacted TEMU customer service multiple times and every time, I was provided with the same response that they had forwarded my concern to their supervisor. I even filed a missing package claim with the post office twice, but to no avail. The package had never been scanned and could not be traced. It seemed very likely that there had been something wrong with the label I was sent.

Despite my frustration with the situation, I have to admit that I would have expected a more proactive approach from TEMU in resolving this issue. I understand that returns and exchanges can be a headache for companies, but as a customer, I had already paid twice for the same jacket. I believe that as a company, they should take responsibility for items that are lost in transit due to the fault of the return label provided by them.

I urge anyone reading this to think twice before ordering from TEMU because their customer service is abysmal. It is not worth the trouble and frustration that I’ve had to endure in trying to return a product. They may say they take your concern seriously but words are meaningless without action.

I was sexually harassed by a temu chat agent when I tried reporting they wouldn't do anything just cept ignoring me than sent me back to the same agent who sexually harassed me going to sue
