Missing items from purchase with TEMU
On July 13th I received a package from Temu. I had order 9 items in total, but 4 of the items were missing from my order totaling $22.02. According to TEMU'S Purchase Protection Program I am entitled to a refund for missing items so I initially felt assured shopping with TEMU. BUT, my request was denied. I have spoken to 4 different customer service representatives who are all giving me misleading information. I put a ticket in with TEMU and received a response on July 15th stating I would be receiving a refund in TEMU credits and to wait 72 hours, which is fine. BUT THEN, less than 24 hours later I received ANOTHER RESPONSE on my ticket from a different representative saying my refund was denied. This has caused me so much stress going back and forth with TEMU. At this point it is about more than the money. Its about the fact the I am receiving so much misleading and false information. If TEMU so confidently pastes their "Purchase Protection Program" the they need to actually stand by it. This company is clearly does not have things organized and together internally and something needs to be done. I have attached pictures of both messages received on my tickets through customer service. You can clearly see why I would be confident I would have a refund initially, to less than 24 hours later having that confidence crushed. I am so done with this company. I want my money back NOW.

Scam scam scam.
Friday eve I started talking with service worker. She made it like I was stupid and said try again tomorrow cause she couldn't help me. Next day Saturday July 5, I messaged and was told prome expired. I was in tears. When I placed order I was on way to emergency hospital all night. That not possible. She then said she redo my prome! So funny 20$ off $100 order. I won't be shopping with this place and I will strongly urge others to use WISH. I did not deserve this and still no one has even tried to make it right. That's says so much about this company .

I been shopping from Temu for a long time and they have the worst customer service and the supervisor is worse they been slamming millions of customers with this minimum requirement on our accounts and when we met it automatically increased from $15 to $30 and I told customer service that I want the minimum requirement cause I work two jobs and mostly all my money goes and when I try to purchase something it says $15 minimum requirement and I spoke to customer service and they and the supervisor were extremely rude and won’t remove it. I am this close to tell my friends and family to leave Temu for good and I am close to deleting the app and closing my account

Horrible customer service & order stolen and never delivered
My order was never received! Tracking shows it was delivered; but Delivery confirmation proof was never provided - it never made It to my listed shipping address. It was not accidentally placed elsewhere &/or taken by neighbors! — it was Stolen by whomever was responsible For delivering the item to me! The tracking not through usps; Therefore I wasn’t able to have anything Done by the shipment co. They Sent me to contact you! I’ve been ignored by your customer Service agents numerous times, Being sent the same repeated generic Email stating that “your investigation shows it was delivered & there is Nothing more you can do” Which is beyond disrespectful! I’ve called your customer service Number HUNDREDS of times & Was never sent through to an actual Human representative. I’m going to Report your company & file numerous Complaints about your lack of Customer service & not showing Your customers respect. I’ve order From you before; but I will now never Order anything again; & will hope To shut you down for not acknowledging My concerns! Smart Watch
APP for Smart Watch leads you straight into a scam without warning. You think you are calling to have the smart watch connected to the phone through the app for free, and then they lower the boom on you at the end with an annual fee. Immediately after pushing the button, I was notified by the bank that two charges had already been made to a dating website in California. My bank cancelled the transaction and sent me a new card. I still don't have the watch connected to the phone. I filed a verbal complaint and someone was to call me to get it handled, but no one has called and probably won't.

so im doing the free game items and i was just observing at the fact everyone ik has temu so there are new app users i cann send my link to causing me not to get the free stuff…and idk what to do tbh..i was doing the “invite friends & get free gifts” and the last thing i need is to get a new app user and no one i know is a new app user causing me not to get free gifts.. thats the problem no one i know is a new user so its inevitable for me to get the free gifts i did, and when i mean everyone i know I mean EVERYONE, and i dont wanna start sending to random strangers because thats weird and dangerous.

So the reason why I'm writing this is because Temu.com has been spamming me numerous times on my browsers and I'm not gonna take the harassment nor the spamming anymore and it needs to stop and stop right now and I'm very upset with that company right now and I'd rather be taken off of their list of people to advertise to from here on out and I'm not interested in anything that they're trying to sell to me and I feel like they're trying to scam me and persuade me to buy their products

Damaged items
I see that the elephants are on the packing line again. I ordered 6 fadaora hats, and every one of them was crushed during packing out. I needed to return all 6 hats and hope that my reorder is packed properly, which I sincerely doubt. Apparently Temu doesn't give a damn if items are damaged while being prepared for shipment. I've ordered hats at least 7 times, and there have been damaged hats with each order (usually 75% of my order is not usable. SHAME ON YOU!
Desired outcome: I would expect that future orders receive the care that they deserve. Fat chance!!!

What's wrong with Temu?

Clothing items are extremely small, but are marked as US sizes. Makeup items do not look right, phone and computer items are not sized correctly, beauty items do not work as described, and more. After several attempts to respond to this company regarding pkg return and phone contact information, I have received NO response. They have overcharged for these items and have charged my CC for 2 more pkgs. that have not been received! I have been trying to figure out how to stop this company from China from being able to do business in this country to no avail. Hopefully they can be stopped before everyone in the US gets taken.

Payment not received
I placed an order on May 2, 2023 and still haven't received it. I gave them my tracking number and phone numbers and they still say they can't find my order. They owe me $52.92 and another charge for $1.59. It said CHECKCARD 0502 Vigonts Hong Kong. I would suggest that you do not order from this company. i went to the westpack bank to inquire if there is bank restrictions to use the debit card for internet shopping ? they came back and informed me that there must be a temu site restriction for the westpack debit card , and as well that you should fix it yourselves !

I'm sure that you have elephants packing my orders. This is the 5th complaint I've filed about my orders.
My most recent order contains 11 hats. Out of the 11 hats, 6 were crushed during pack out. This is an ongoing problem and nothing seems to be happening to rectify the problem. It would be very. Ice if there were some quality control on the packing line.

YOUR PACKING PROCESS IS DISGUSTING!
You must have monkeys packing your merchandise. I continually order felt fadora hats, and with each order, more than half are not usable because they have been shoved into the shipping container without any regard as to the damage they are causing to the items ordered. You are cramming 12 to 14 hats in a box that was meant to hold no more than 7 hats comfortably. This means I have to apply for a credit for the damaged items, and reorder the damaged items hoping they will arrive in good condition with the replacement shipment. We'll, that's not always the case. Damaged items are continually received, and only by luck do I receive 15 % of my order that I can use. Thus continues to be very frustrating, when I am counting on receiving goods that I can use.
GET IT RIGHT PEOPLE!
Desired outcome: Better quality control on the packing line. I expect every hat to be usable that is in my order.
Frustrating experience with Temu: Delayed shipment and poor customer service
I had a really frustrating experience with Temu (temu.com) recently that I wanted to share with anyone who might be thinking of making a purchase from them. I ordered some holiday outfits 8.5 days ago and they still haven't even been shipped to me yet. According to the website, they were supposed to have been sent to USPS (the shipping company) within 2-5 days.
When I contacted their customer service through their chat feature, I was told that they would submit a ticket to look into the issue. But when I called in to follow up, they said that no ticket had been submitted after all. At this point, I was starting to get pretty worried that my package was lost or something.
When I asked the customer service representative on the phone to look into the issue, she said that she would have to submit another ticket to the department responsible for the shipping facility where my package was being held. I couldn't understand why this was necessary - why not just ship my package to me already? She couldn't give me any guarantee about when my package would actually be sent out.
To make matters worse, the shipping facility in question is located in a small town that has a USPS office right there. It's not like my package has to travel far to reach its destination. It just seems absurd that it's been sitting there for so many days without any action being taken.
When I objected to the delay and asked for some kind of explanation, the customer service rep just gave me the excuse that it's the holiday season and things are busy. But that doesn't really make sense - the package should have been on its way to me days ago, before things got really hectic.
Finally, when I expressed my frustration at the delayed shipment, they offered me a $5 store credit as compensation. But honestly, I have no desire to buy anything from them again after this experience. It's been a really disappointing and stressful process so far, and I'm not sure when (or if) I'll actually receive my package.
Disappointing Experience with Temu: Orders Stuck for Weeks with No Shipping Updates
Temu used to be a great place to order stuff at a good price. I was always happy with what I got, even if it took a little longer to arrive. I've ordered from them over 25 times and everything was fine until March. Now I have 6 orders that are just sitting there, not moving at all. The first one was placed on March 10 and my card was charged right away, but nothing has been shipped yet. It's March 27 now and all my orders are still just sitting there. That's not okay. They gave me a $5 credit for each order and asked if I wanted to cancel, but I just want my stuff since I already paid for it. There's a button to "urge shipping" but it didn't do anything. I tried live chat and they just said sorry, they're behind because of Easter and high demand. But it's been 17 days and my orders are still just sitting there. I'm losing faith in this company. When I finally get my stuff, I'll think twice before ordering from them again. I've talked to my friends and they feel the same way. If they don't get their act together soon, they're going to lose a lot of good customers.
Mixed experience with Temu.com: Clothing sizes off, toys smaller than expected, but received good car radio. Shipping and returns costly
As a customer of Temu (temu.com), I must say that my experience was quite mixed. While some of the clothing items that I ordered were of great quality and fit perfectly, others did not. Despite following their size guide, a few items were too small for my daughters, who are 2 and 8 months old. I found it odd that some of the reviews on the website claimed that these same items fit great, despite not being accurate in my case. Additionally, some of the toys that I picked out appeared to be larger in comparison to their pictures on the website. However, when I received them, they were significantly smaller than expected.
On the other hand, I did purchase a car radio from Temu which arrived in perfect condition. However, I did have to exchange it as I had bought the wrong size. The one thing that I found irritating was the time it took to receive my order and the fact that I would have to pay for shipping after the first return. While the items themselves were quite cheap, they were shipped from China, which made returning them more expensive than the item's cost.
All in all, Temu seems to be a bit of a gamble. While some customers may be extremely satisfied with their purchase, others like myself may not. As a result, I don't think I will be ordering from them again, as I don't have the time or the money to be wasting on this.
Temu App Review: False Promises and a Rigged Game
So, I came across Temu on my Moovit app and decided to give it a try. The ad promised three free products of my choice with free shipping, which sounded too good to be true. But I was curious, so I downloaded the Temu app and selected my three items. However, there was a catch. I had to play a Hat Trick Draw game to get all three items.
The first two items were easy to win, but I struggled with the last one. Every time I got close, I magically ran out of energy points. Temu suggested that I invite friends to gain more energy points, but I soon realized that the game was rigged. I spent two days inviting as many friends as I could, but it was all for nothing.
Finally, I won all three items, but my excitement was short-lived. Temu informed me that all three items were out of stock. I was disappointed and frustrated. I had wasted my time and effort for nothing. Temu didn't even offer me three other items that weren't out of stock. They just claimed that it wasn't available where I was.
I feel like I was scammed by Temu. I followed their instructions, but I didn't get my freebies. It's not fair that they wasted my time and sleep. I deserve an explanation for why they did this to me.
Temu Review: Dollar Store Quality, Inconsistent Sizing, and Constant Texts
I gotta say, I wasn't expecting much from Temu, but boy was I disappointed. I placed three orders and not a single one of them met my expectations. Let me tell you what I found out: the sizes are all over the place. I ordered a few shirts in size small and two of them fit just fine, but one was way too big and the other looked like it was made for a toddler. And don't even get me started on their "sweatshirt" - it's thinner than most of my regular shirts! As for the other items, they're all pretty much dollar store quality. If you're paying more than a dollar for something, you're getting ripped off. The only things that were halfway decent were the makeup items, but I haven't even used them yet.
One thing you should be prepared for when you order from Temu is the constant bombardment of texts. I appreciate order updates as much as the next person, but I was getting one or two additional texts a day offering me coupons and "free gifts" - it was a bit much. And to top it off, one of my orders arrived with an item missing. They offered me an immediate credit, which I thought was great, but then they asked me to submit pictures of my packaging and the items I received. I'm not sure how that proves that my item is missing, but I did it anyway. Then they told me that they needed the warehouse to approve my submission and that I'd have to wait several days for my "immediate credit". I mean, come on.
The only good thing I can say about Temu is that they do deliver when they say they will. But honestly, that's not saying much. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone - save your money and shop somewhere else.
TEMU Review: Low-Quality Cross Body Bag and Disappointing Experience
I recently made a purchase from TEMU, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. I ordered a cross body bag in the pink and black leopard color, but when it arrived, it was clear that it was not suitable for a grown-up. The shoulder strap was too small, and the compartments were too tiny to fit even my cell phone. It was disappointing, to say the least.
My advice to anyone considering ordering from TEMU is to avoid their cross body bags altogether. Instead, I would recommend checking out AliExpress or Shein. I have ordered from both of these sites before, and I have had much better experiences. For example, when I ordered an outfit from Shein, I ordered a size up just to be safe, and it fit perfectly when it arrived. And when I ordered from AliExpress, I didn't have any issues with the items I received.
Unfortunately, TEMU seems to be sending out low-quality items that are not worth the money. I have two more items coming from them - a t-shirt and a pair of stretch leggings with lace on the side - and I'm hoping they will fit better than the cross body bag did. If they don't, I will be sure to take advantage of their refund/return policy.
Overall, I would caution anyone against ordering from TEMU. They seem to be in the business of scamming people, and it's not worth the risk. People work hard for their money, and it's not fair for a company like TEMU to take advantage of that. If you do decide to order from them, be sure to check their refund/return policy carefully, and don't hesitate to demand a refund if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
My order number is PO***182, and I would encourage anyone considering ordering from TEMU to look it up and see what they sent me. Hopefully, my experience will help others avoid the same disappointment.
