I contacted requesting information on a few parcels as there was no update on tracking, I was given the option of cancel and refund which I accepted ad they were Xmas gifts and I was under the impression they would not arrive onetime. I was then connected to Abu kashef, who refused to answer my questions as I was upset I had been led to cancel my order for no reason as o had found out it would infact arrive onetime. The refund was put on my account as credit, I asked that it be returned to my bank as I no longer wish to purchase from temu again, he then pretended to be a bot and not help me, then I said I wanted to put in a complaint he suddenly said he apologises I was talking to a bot which I clearly wasn't he then said he would help me but I was talking to his colleague before who was afraid to give me the Info I requested, which all I wanted to know was the complaints procedure. I called him out on his lie and he still refused to give me the complaints procedure. I am extreangry that I was treated like an idiot and lied to when I order from temu nearly every week. I've now lost out on several christmas gifts for my children aswel as all the money I paid for it all. Its disgusting to treat a customer like this. I am contacting my bank and reporting a scam as there is no way a legitimate company would treat customers like this. I am contacting trading standards also
