E1689960865692587 was delivered on 28th of July to a neighbouring address. We contacted the courier and they advised that because it's after 7 days beyond the delivery date they can't do anything to help. The house that it was delivered to was firstly the incorrect address secondly they provided photographic evidence that proves they delivered to the wrong...

Temu The promotions and customer service associates

I went through he whole promotion, and did everything that was required and got to 85% of the last dollar I needed to get said $50 PayPal promotion and $100 coupon it wouldn't give me the last credit even after I managed getting more app users and they spent money for merchandise... I spend $200 a month some months but I'm a Prime member and they are so much easier to deal with, faster package handling, better customer service, bc when I contact temu customer service I get the run around over and over..

I have since cancelled my account and will be ask everyone that received messages that said I DID RECEIVE MONEY to file complaints,. Cancel orders, then their accounts, everything I did can be completely undone.

Desired outcome: Either $50 PayPal like the promotion promised, or NEVER RECEIVE ANOTHER INVITATION TO TEMU AT [protected]@gmail.com... I was my messenger, phone and email blocked from promotional invites, and offers

Temu Delivery overdue

Good afternoon, here is the information which may help resolve this.

I ordered items which came to £62, items for my upcoming trip.

I ordered them on 04/08/23. Temu had informed me that the latest day my items would get to me would the 15/08/23.

I have now tried to contact them to no avail and when I logged on they said Evri have my package.

I'm at a loss, I would really appreciate some guidance and proactive thinking.

Desired outcome: For my items to be delivered within the next few days or I will need to cancel and order somewhere else, due to my upcoming vacation.

Temu Delivery

I ordered £56 pounds of item from TEMU and temu delivery partner delivered it to outside the gate and somebody looted it. Now TEMU and delivery partner is not giving any fare deal. I lost my parcel and money.

I ordered some essential things for me from Temu on 1st of August. They split the order into 2 packages. The address I given is my workplace. On 9th of August 2023 I received an update from Temu that package 1 delivered at 08.57 pm. On 10th when I went to my office. I couldn't find anything I informed Temu and they refunded my money ( I was waiting for the item in that parcel that much). Because of this I was care for my parcel. I was checking my mails and updates from EVRI continuously. Soon I received the delivery message I went down to check the parcel. And my neighbour company staff told me that someone dropped a parcel in the road side (outside the gate) and soon after a trespasser took that. The send me a picture of delivery which I have attached. The place shown is not my workplace. Now EVRI is not responding and Temu saying they cant provide refund or reshipment.

Desired outcome: Either I need a refund or reshipment

Temu Customer service and packaging

I have been chatting online with customer service for over an hour. My questions were ignored and I was lied to. I ended up too upset and troubled and cancelled the whole order. Now I will be charged interest on the money while waiting for it to be returned.

The promotions, freebies and discounts are a ploy and a lie. I already shared that unformation where I study so people don't get caught as well.The length of time, ignorance and incorrect information was nothing short of disgusting and traumatic. It took me over an hour to find this form. Temu customer service refused to assist me with this.

To me a $20 credit was offensive. There a a lot of photos of the chat that started at 9:16

Desired outcome: Be able to select 'customer service' as a reason for cancelling an order. A complaint button in the app.

Temu Damaged items

Here we go again. Absolutely NO quality control on the pack out line.

I placed yet another order of hats. 9 hats ordered, and 4 were crushed during pack out. I have to over-order knowing full-well that most of the hats will arrive damaged.

Better, or any quality control of any kind, MAY eliminate items being destroyed during pack out.

This is a regular occurrence and around not happen in the first place.

Desired outcome: BETTER QUALITY CONTROL ON THE PACK OUT LINE.

Temu Missing items & charges for returns

1. Missing items to the value of £203.73. Evidence provided of open package. A support ticket was opened to investigate this and then closed with no resolution or reason. A new support ticket had to be opened and now I am being told to go to the courier for a refund. This is different to their website which gives a Temu promise that if goods are missing you will get a refund. Temu acknowledged the package was damaged.

2. My 2 orders were very large and delivered in 11 packages, I returned quite a large amount of items, due to the incorrect sizing or quality of the item. Again the website states first return from the order is free, but the website forced me to split the return into several packages and charged me £7.50 to return, even though I returned all items at the same time. A support ticket was opened and Bella Fang said once all returns were received she would refund the £7.50 by refunding a kept item to this value to my original payment method. This ticket was closed with no resolution or reason, new ticket being handled by Amber and she is only giving Temu credit, which I have repeatedly told her I don’t want, I have sent screen shots of Bella’s promise to no avail.

3. A pair of leggings which I kept had a pattern down the side, after one wear and one was following the walking label, this pattern has part worn off, meaning the item is faulty and can no longer be worn. Again I am being told I will be charged £2.50 to return this faulty item. I believe this is a breach of uk consumer rights, which state the seller should pay for the postage to return faulty items. I have offered to return and pay, on the basis that once the item is received, a refund to my original payment method is made of the £2.50 charge. Amber is not even responding to this ask.

4. Complete lack of customer service, told one thing by one person then something wise by someone else. Support tickets closed without resolution.

Desired outcome: Refund to original payment method of £213.73 which is the total of the missing items and the £10 return postage costs. £50 gesture of goodwill to my original payment method for stress

Temu Damaged Order

Well, the elephants are back on the pack out line. My last order was for 20 fadora hats. Out of the 20 hats ordered, 16 were crushed beyond usability. So I only have 4 hats on which to work with. This happens with every order of hats. 75 - 90% of any order is crushed while being packed out.

THIS NEEDS TO STOP!

There is absolutely NO quality control on the pack out line at TEMU.

SHAME ON YOU!

Temu Jumbo 4-to-Score

Placed order #1017 on May 10th @ 7:52am. Asked for shipment status on 5/17/23 as I paid for standard shipping of $5.99 which is shipping within 5-7 days. On May 16th I was told " Dear friend, We are very sorry that we have not sent our your item yet due to the large number of purchases. We are speeding up the packaging process and will send it to you as soon as it is finished." On 5/23/23 I asked again for status as we were leaving for a camping trip and was hoping to have it to take with us. 5/25/23 their response was "sorry for keeping you waiting. we will contact the logistics company to speed up. pls wait with paitience. thank u." 5/25 - I emailed back saying we are leaving today 5/25 so I'm assuming I won't have it in time for our camping weekend. 5/26/23 - they replied "What can I help you?" 5/26/26 - I replied - Obviously you can tell me when my order will be delivered. 5/27/23 - they replied " about 15 day" 5/27/23 - I replied - Please provide tracking information. 5/31/23 - they replied "please wait sorry" On that same day I asked if they had tracking information. On June 4th they replied " please wait sorry" On that same day I replied that I'm beginning to think you are trying to scam me. On June 6th their reply : dear friend, we feel sorry for keeping you waiting. we will contact the logistics company to check the process. pls wait with patience. On June 13th I replied We are now a week out and still nothing from your last correspondence. Please refund my money and cancel my order. June 14th - their reply " dear friend, do you hope fet a refund or wait for your parcel?" June 14th I replied If you can't provide a firm delivery date or tracking # I would prefer a full refund. June 19th - their reply " sorry please wait June 20th - my reply Go ahead and cancel my order please. June 21st their reply " We will process your refund request. A refund will be finished by bank within 7-10 working days. July 19th I replied Refund still has not been received. Either ship the item so it's received on my end within the next week, issue the refund or I will be contacting the authorities. Advise of your decision ASAP. Last email was left unanswered regarding the refund. July 19th their reply "We have already shipped the goods. Please wait a moment." July 21st my reply Do you have tracking information? July 25th their response " because of the Dock Worker's on strike may this affect your delivery My response July 25th This is ridiculous. This order was placed May 10th... provide a tracking # and I'll take care of tracing it myself or refund my money. July 26th their reponse " sorry please wait" July 27th my response I am beyond waiting. I will be contacting the BBB to make them aware of the situation and get this resolved unless you provide me with the product, a refund or definitive tracking information. Last chance... Their reply July 30th " sorry please wait"

Temu Temu and their delivery company

I'm a former customer of Temu and I'm tired of spending a decent amount of money on products and packages I don't receive and then I have to go through the hassle of reshipment of the products and packages I ordered all because for some reason or another my paid for packages I spent my own money on keeps coming up stolen while Lasership delivery has pacific instructions to deliver all packages directly to my mailbox instead of at my door so even after given precise instructions Lasership and Temu doesn't care to fix these issues what delivery service doesn't knock at your residence or call you to inform you that you have a package or leave a message stating that Lasership has delivered your package unprofessional of each company and this keeps occurring and I'm not made of money and I will never shop with Temu again this company is the worst.

Temu Package arrival

I called the lady at temu customer service and she said my package was in customs and needed to be cleared but then I realized that it's already been cleared 2 days ago so then I checked again and it said that my package was in transit and that notification was from July 29th at 9:15 p.m. it's been 2 days to it's currently Sunday July 30th 5:38 p.m. so basically it's been two days almost 2 days almost 48 hours I'm really frustrated because I called again and the lady that I was talking to she said yeah you're just going to have to wait for your package we can't or she didn't even say that she didn't even say that she can't do anything about it she just literally told me oh yeah so I was helping you right I helped you and she was like putting words in my mouth saying that she helped me and I was like no you did not you just told me to wait that's basically all you told me and she didn't help me at all she just said oh take a service so I just hung up because why would I want to take a survey and rate you I would have waited you a zero or a one at least a one if you're lucky because she wasn't helping me at all I want to file a complaint because I was trying to get a hold of the shipping company that ships the orders from temu and I couldn't get a hold of them and the shipping companies number phone number doesn't work I tried to call it and it says line busy and it keeps going to beep beep beep and I don't know why so I'm just really frustrated because I've been waiting for my package for like what 4 days and usually doesn't take that long especially in what in transit if it's at the airport already it doesn't take that long for it to ship if it shipped in one day it should be delivered in one day you know what I'm saying like I just don't understand

Temu Items not received

I ordered £96 worth of items that never got received. Temu were less than helpful directing me to the shipping company who don't hold a contract with myself. Temu refuse to accept responsibility and won't issue a refund or replacement. I've spoken to both temu and evri the delivery company and neither will do anything to help they just direct me to the other company. I've been trying to fix this since the 10th July.

Temu Credit card cannot use a brand new credit card unbelievable

I try to use my husband's credit card I have tried several times over and over and over it will not accept mine it's saying something about charges dispute it how can that be when I'm just now placing an order it's really stupid if I put a brand new credit card and it should work it will not allow me to use a brand new credit card which I know it works it's my husband's job and his debit card I should be able to use it at any time for any purchase you guys are losing tons of money and tons of customers by doing this stupid stuff you guys need to get it together I think this will be my last order with you I am pretty upset on how you handle your website you guys need to upgrade you've got tons of bugs and glitches please get rid of it cuz I'm not going to keep on spending any of my money with you when you don't have this service up and running like you should pathetic pitiful sad company sad sad sad get it together please get it together

Temu Coupon issues and missed items on orders

I used Temu for the first time last month. I was given a discount coupon for my next order. However, when I got ready to use, it expired within 30days. When I contacted the company for a replacement coupon, they sent an email asking if I would accept 20% coupon. I responded to email and agreed to percentage. However, 4 days passed and no reply from Temu. I called to asked customer service for a coupon and they still indicated they could not give to me. By the time this occurred, a lot of my items were now out of stock. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was on hold for over and hour, I forgot I was on the phone because the rep did not come back. The items are cheap, but they need better customer service and not waste people time while they play on the phone or are sleep while your waiting on hold. I will shop with another company.

Desired outcome: I should have been able to get a discount as promised and not have to rush and buy things within 30 days.

Temu An order I had placed.

So I had placed an order #PO-037-[protected] on July 9/2023

I then received said order as listed above but to my surprise I only received 2 items from a over $40.00 order and the package it was shipped in was damaged with a hole in the bottom right corner that had been taped over.

I then tried to get a refund following the steps on the app and had checked off everything that was missing from this order as well as I attached photos of the damaged package and contents. It went under review with Temu... the following morning I checked to see if I had gotten my refund and to my surprise it was denied... apparently they checked and it was indeed packed and shipped properly. I then contacted customer support and was told to again redo the request for a refund and so I did including sending the customer support person more photos and attaching more photos to my second refund request.. well low and behold the next day denied again.

so I went back and contacted customer support a 3rd time to be told to yet again redo the refund steps on the app as I had previously done and they also created a ticket for me to be able to speak with management. yet again denied, was also informed that even if the customer support people feel a refund should be given they are not aloud to issue refunds, after speaking with a manager for 3 days! I was in fact denied a fourth time because "my package was indeed packed and shipped properly"

I will no longer be using or ordering from temu again not only am I out my money but I never even had the option to get it back. I do not think anyone would like to not receive purchased goods and then not be given a full refund for everything they are missing. If I wanted to have money taken from me id for sure do it differently next time.

Temu Customer service refund: Agent Jonei C.

I placed an order a few weeks ago received it yesterday. When I opened the bag half of what I was expecting to get was missing. So naturally I go on and request a refund and help from Temus Customer Service. Big mistake because Jonei C who was my agent refused to comprehend what I was trying to explain. She kept speaking in circles, asking the most pointless questions like “did I recognize the delivery driver?” Finally when I got angry I told her I just wanted a refund for my entire order. She proceeds to tell me she will only refund the 3 small items I did get which maybe added up to $4. When I inquired about the money for the missing items she tells me that she doesn’t know what to tell me and she won’t refund me for those. Then completely stops responding to any messages I was sending and questions I was asking.

Desired outcome: I’d like my entire refund and to see her reprimanded in some way.

Temu Temu-211-[protected]

I wanted to return three items to temu. Printed return label that has to be used by 6/26z I mailed back with label from ups on 6/26. I haven’t received refund. Message says I didn’t return by 6/26 so label had to be reprinted for return. I have tried calling and on hold more than one hr.

Order number 211-[protected]. The refund was supposed to be about $37.00. Ty Sara [protected]
