Temu False Advertisement

Hype you up with free rewarded coupons that don’t specify in depth how to use them until you get to the check out page where you’re fully surprised that you cannot use your coupon reward in the manner it was perceived, nor does the temu app or website provide any information that reports they will be dividing your reward in different amount of coupons that add up to your total rewarded coupon! You have to speak to a representative to find this information out. They act as if this is “normal business” when it is in fact a false ad.

Desired outcome: TO BE ABLE TO USE YOUR REWARD COUPON IN FULL, THE WAY IT IS INTERPRETED & GIVEN TO US & TO STOP THE MISUSE OF THE WORD “BUNDLE.” YOU ARE RECEIVING REWARDS IN WHOLE ON THE MAIN SCREEN, BUT NOT ABLE TO USE YOUR FULL REWARD AT CHECK OUT

Temu Stole $34 from me!

I've usually been a happy customer with Temu and their products, I've always received everything I ordered in a reasonable time, usually less than 10 days. My last order consisted of 11 items which cost me over $61 and I was excited about my pending delivery. Because the order was large I expected two packages but was notified there would only be 1 20" x 17" when it arrived I received a package 5x5x5 cm weighing

Desired outcome: My money back or products missing shipped ASAP!

Temu I have a missing item

I ordered 2 nightshirts for my mum and when the package arrived I gave it to my mum when she opens it there was only 1 item in it, so I got in touch with temu and the said they have cameras in the warehouse that can see what every member of staff are packing and I find that hard to believe , the woman called Elva who has a bad attitude said she's looked at the footage and there was 2 items packed and I am not getting a refund but Iam not leaving this complaint like this I want my refund, I have contacted TEMU that many times but all I get told is Iam not getting a refund, I will take legal action if I don't get a refund, I no someone who also had missing items and this woman told them the exactly the same thing, IAM looking for help to get my refund

Temu Prouduct blew up

Used a product of temu a ecm skin rejucvibation device it blew ip and burng my face left burn marks now its bubbling and weeling have privided them photos and they wont resolve or refund me i got it was delivered on the 14th of september i used it two days ago followed all instructions to a tee used it for two mins on one spot on the lowest level

Temu Temu

I had a order sent to me on the 15th sept and I was fuming only 4 items came the bag had a slight slit on it and the other items I didn't get I sent a photo of the items I received and twice the warehouse turned me down for a refund so I put loads of tickets up all turned me down by Jessica I just want my money back in full as I feel this site is a con I thought I could trust it but now I can't

Temu Goods not received

I have contacted customer service several times regarding a delivery I did not get. Because the courier said delivered then temu went with that with no signature to say it had been delivered or any card from the courier left. All I get is we have put a ticket in which is not helpful at all. I am now out of pocket and no goods. I asked for a manager as was told that wasn't possible and said they will put a ticket in, I said I want to make a complaint and they said they will put a ticket in. I am discussed with the company and will never use them again. They are OK taking my money but where are my goods

Temu 10 free gifts

I received an invite on 9/13/23 and I filled it out and I filled out my 10 free gifts and I sent all my invitations out and people accepted them and when it came to my last 50 cents I watched my girlfriend except my invitation as a first time user and it took the 50 cents and the screen went black and everything disappeared my 10 free gifts were gone along with the entire page this is scandalous and wrong I went above and beyond to get you new users and you turned around and you screwed me. Temu Delivery of hats ordered

You people just don't get it, or you just don't give a damn.

I. recently placed an order for 41 fadora hats, and SPECIFICALLY request that only 5 hats be put in a BOX, not a bag, but a BOX. What do I get? Right, 5 BAGS stuffed with hats, the majority of which will have to be returned.

Not ONCE have a received an order of hats where every hat was in good enough condition to use.

Just because BOX and BAG both start with a "B", doesn't make them the same.

When I ske for the hats to be packed in a BOX, thats EXACTLY what I mean and what I want.

Get it right people.

Temu Someone from temu tried using my card to make a big purchase

I got a message from my bank today at 1:59 pm saying that my card was charged on temu for $582 usd at 1:22pm sept 6,2023 which I didn’t make that purchase.The purchase was declined cuz I don’t have those funds on my card or in my account..please check ur members because this is not right. What if I had the sufficient funds on my card it would have been taken from me. It doesn’t show me what the purchase was made for it only shows me the amount total for the purchase. This is unacceptable, now I no longer feel safe making any purchases from ur company anymore and I wanted make purchase for items for my birthday but now I don’t feel safe anymore.

Temu Returns

Lost return packages and have not sent my refund for four different purchase order numbers send on four different tracking numbers

each tracking sheet was taped on plastic bag containing all four return packages because temu messed up on purchase orders four made up but sent under four different tracking number shippment thus unable to make out correct return slips for each order so i sent them all in one bag with all four slips taped on the one bag containing all four returns

Temu Automatic Time Corridor Glenaw watch

I recently purchased an Automatic Glenaw watch from you but the automatic self winding mechanism does not work.

This means that unless I hand wind the watch everyday it will stop working sometime during the night.

Therefore it is a totally useless product.

Temu Western and fadora hats

I recently placed an order for 115 hads that I need for an upcoming event.

104 of those hats need to be returned for credit as they were crushed during pack out.

I've tried to tell you that "you can't put 10 pounds of [censored] in a 5 pound bag." But with every order I place, that's exactly what you do.

What the HELL are you people thinking?

I expect a full refund fir all 104 hats that I am obligated to return for you.

Temu Return amd Get the Refund

Hi, I would like to file a complain regarding to my Return and Refund. I was return some item 8-9 item as far as I know most of them I got refund and each of the item , I got receive email from their warehouse said they got my item. I have two neck fan small , and I got receive again stated tjat they process or double check if tjere was defect of not they will issue a refund to me. Now after two days I receive Email to them said they will not issue because they did not receive the item which is O have proof here stated they already have them.I know its not that big amount but if I will not take some action like these they will use to it and do from other customer like me . thanks
