I made an order for $136 for multiple items that I never received at that time I was having multiple surgeries due to cancer and I’ve just kept ordering. I forgot about that original order in March and made and received two more orders in the following month forgetting about that order in March. Until one of the items in July never arrived, so I went to my daughters and noticed the $136 order that I never received. Will they put in a ticket and investigated and everything they came back with a message saying OK, we can refund you the money in the original manner you paid or you can get Temu credit. I no longer do business with cash app due to shady business practices, so I closed my account so I opted to get what would I paid for in cash app to get Temu credit in what I paid an Apple Pay to get a refund I thought that was more than fair. Well, in the meantime, my phone was stolen within two weeks. I retrieved my stolen phone and re-download the app. I restarted the conversation but noticed they had left a message stating that they investigated and they hadn’t heard from me so they closed the ticket so I asked them to re-open the ticket by that time the time limit for refunds had lapsed, but they had already made their decision. They investigated and everything and they made the decision to give me a refund. Now I can’t even message them!

Desired outcome: I want a full refund. But like I said, I don’t do business with cash app anymore so I want to refund however, I can get it.
