Pep Stores review: Service

I was at pep dobsonville on the 23/11/2023, I had never experienced such an absurd experience from one of your staff member yelling at me as if I know how they chosed to operate.

When I entered the store, there was a lady taking out her parcels and since Mbali was attending any customer, I hand over my parcel number and continued browsing in the store.

As I was done shopping, I went straight to the parcel counter which is the designated area for collecting parcel,rudely so, I was asked why am standing there cause parcel they don't come from there. I was astonished cause it's the designated area.

This gentleman came to assist without understanding what I was saying to the till Operator and starting swearing at me. I have seen someone so comfortable and fearless to swear at a customer.

I went to Thuli the branch manager but she should no intrest in what I was saying about Mthokozisi.

Is it because we are situated in a black area and your staff members have right to mistreat us?

I normally shop ar pep never had I felt emotionally abused
