eFlorist UK Wont deal with complaint and are sighting data protection as the reason

I received some flowers and a card from my nephew and brother as they couldn't attend my mams funeral (their nana/mam). The flowers were so limp a defib would have trouble bringing them back to life and the card was a piece of paper that had serrated edges where it had been torn off a print and folded to resemble a card.

I contacted e florist to let them know the experience I had and they are refusing to deal with the complaint as I am not the sender or receiver. Their reason is that the delivery had my nephews name on. Bear in mind he had just lost his nana and his dad (my brother) was at the time on end of life care so his head probably not in the right space.

Despite a numerous emails and a letter of complaint via their escalation process they still won't deal with me and are sighting data protection as the reason. I am at my wits end with this company. They have no common sense.

I have sent pictures to prove I have received the flowers and card but they just aren't budging.

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and would advise no one to ever use them

Recommendation: Never ever use this company they are diabolical

eFlorist UK Disappointing Experience with eFlorist UK: Misleading Metatags and Poor Quality Flowers

I recently had an experience with eFlorist UK (eflorist.co.uk) that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I was looking to surprise my wife with some beautiful flowers for Valentine's Day, so I went online to order from my local florist. I typed in the name of my local florist, but unfortunately, eFlorist UK's misleading use of metatags and keywords made it seem like they were working on behalf of my local florist. I ended up spending £35 with eFlorist UK, thinking that I was getting the same quality and value for money that I would have received from my local florist.

On Sunday, I received an email from Yodel telling me that they had my parcel. I immediately became suspicious, so I checked the delivery details and realized that the flowers had been delivered to another address at 6:30 pm, even though my wife's workplace was just a few doors away from the florist I wanted to order from. I had to go and collect the flowers myself, which was a waste of time and effort.

When I finally gave the flowers to my wife, her reaction was disappointing. The plastic vase was cheap and tacky, the stems were snapped, the flowers were squashed, and some of the petals were missing. It was definitely not worth the £35 that I had spent on it. In fact, I had bought some flowers from Asda the day before for just £5, and they were of better quality and value for money.

Overall, I would not recommend eFlorist UK. It's always better to buy local and support your local businesses. The misleading use of metatags and keywords is a dishonest practice that should not be tolerated.

eFlorist UK Mixed Experience with eFlorist UK: Delivery Date Issue and Poor Quality Bouquet

I recently decided to try out eFlorist UK for my Valentine's Day bouquet needs. After browsing through their website, I settled on a beautiful bouquet of roses from their catalogue. I was pleased to see that the website confirmed my order and the delivery date, which was Valentine's Day - a perfect choice for the occasion.

However, my excitement was short-lived when I received a confirmation email stating that the bouquet could arrive after the given date with Yodel, the delivery company used by eFlorist. This was a bit disappointing, as I had specifically chosen eFlorist because of their promised delivery date.

Thankfully, Yodel delivered the bouquet early afternoon on Valentine's Day, which was a relief. But unfortunately, the bouquet was not in the best condition. Some of the flowers had already begun to wither by the end of the day, despite being placed in fresh water upon receipt. I would have expected the flowers to last at least five days before showing any signs of deterioration. Only the white roses appeared to be nearly fresh.

While the delivery date issue was a minor inconvenience, the poor quality of the bouquet was a major disappointment. My wife was the most disappointed, as she was expecting a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers for Valentine's Day. As someone who regularly buys flowers from larger stores, I will probably return to doing so after this experience. Their flowers tend to look fresh and last longer, which is what I expect when I purchase a bouquet.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Experience with eFlorist UK: Tiny Bouquet and Dead Flowers

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with eFlorist UK. I mean, I've seen some good reviews on here, but when I checked out other ratings sites, they mostly got bad reviews. I wish I had checked those out before I ordered from them.

So, I went to MyEFlorist to get some flowers for my mom's birthday. When she got them, she posted a picture on social media thanking me. But when I saw the picture, I was shocked. I spent ?37.50 and all she got was this tiny bunch of flowers. I can't even call it a bouquet. I figured this company must just charge a fortune for their stuff.

But then, just two days later, my mom sent me another picture of the flowers. They were pretty much dead. And they were daisies, which should last longer than that. I was so embarrassed. So, I emailed EFlorist to complain and they asked if my mom had put them in water. Of course she did! Then they offered me a refund of ?15. That's less than half of what I paid for the flowers, and they didn't even last half the time they were supposed to.

I emailed them back on January 27th, but I haven't gotten a response. I've emailed them twice since then and they're still ignoring me. If you want to give someone a quality gift and not be embarrassed, I suggest you go somewhere else. This company doesn't seem to care about their customers or their products.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Experience with eFlorist UK: Fruit Burst Flower Basket Review

My sister and I, who live in different countries, decided to surprise our mother with a "Get Well" floral arrangement from eFlorist UK. We have used many florists from around the world and have always been satisfied with the outcome. Unfortunately, this was not the case with eFlorist.

We were drawn to the "Fruit Burst" flower basket arrangement and thought it would be perfect to brighten up our mother's day. However, when my father sent us a photo of the basket, we were shocked. It was not what we expected and we were left feeling embarrassed and disappointed.

We felt it was important to let eFlorist know about our disappointment, especially since they claim to be committed to providing the best possible service to their customers. We contacted their customer service department and expressed our concerns.

To our dismay, we received a standard auto response email stating that their florist used substitutions, which is part of their policy, and that they followed their guidelines. We were not only disappointed with the quality of the product we received but also with the customer service we received.

We hope that this review will help other consumers avoid a similar experience. It is important for companies to stand by their promises and provide quality products and services to their customers.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Delivery Experience with eFlorist UK (eflorist.co.uk) and Yodel

I placed an order on November 2nd, 2021 for delivery on November 8th, 2021 through eFlorist UK (eflorist.co.uk). The delivery address was a school, which, like most schools, closes at 3pm. I made sure to order well in advance, hoping that the items would be delivered before the school closed. However, the items were delivered by Yodel at 4:59pm, which was disappointing.

It was my wife's birthday on November 8th, 2021, and she works at the school. As soon as I received the delivery confirmation, I drove to the school. Unfortunately, the main reception was closed, so I asked staff at another building reception, but they had no knowledge of the delivery. I returned home and tried to contact eFlorist, but I couldn't find any contact information. I also tried to contact Yodel, but their automated response provided no further information, and their web chat was not working.

As a result, my wife received the items at the school the day after her birthday. This order was placed on behalf of our eldest son, who works abroad and hasn't returned home for nearly a year. It was important that my wife received these items on her actual birthday, so we were disappointed that the delivery could not have been arranged prior to 3pm.

I sent an email to eFlorist three days ago, but I have not received a reply. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and would not recommend using eFlorist UK (eflorist.co.uk).

eFlorist UK Misleading discount offer and poor customer service from eFlorist UK

I recently tried out eFlorist UK's website to send some flowers to a friend. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from the recipient yet, so I can't speak to the quality of the product. However, I did have a frustrating experience with the website that has left me with no desire to use their services again.

Specifically, I was enticed by the offer of a £10 reduction for first-time customers. I followed all the necessary steps to claim the discount, but once I got to the order processing stage, I didn't receive any further information about how to apply the discount. I went ahead and placed my order, assuming that the discount would be automatically applied.

To my disappointment, I was charged the full advertised price for the item with no mention of the discount. Due to extenuating circumstances, I went ahead and completed the order at the full price. However, after I had already paid, I received an email from eFlorist UK with the voucher code I needed to claim the discount.

I immediately contacted the retailer to explain the situation and request a retrospective discount, but they refused to consider my request. They insisted that the voucher code had to be quoted at the time of placing the order, even though I had not been given any instructions on how to do so.

This experience has left me with serious doubts about eFlorist UK's business practices. It seems like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers and make it difficult for them to claim discounts. It makes me wonder what other misleading statements and descriptions might be on their website. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Mother's Day Flowers from eFlorist UK: Poor Quality and Customer Service

I recently ordered flowers for my mother on Mother's Day from eFlorist UK and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I would give them one star, but if it were possible, I would give them zero stars.

Firstly, the flowers were not even delivered to my mother's door, but left outside when she was home. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of care and consideration for the recipient. I am over 200 miles away from my mother and rely on florists to deliver on special occasions.

To make matters worse, I had arranged the bouquet well in advance as we had a family funeral on the Friday, up in the Midlands, my mother's brother-in-law, who lived right across the road from her. I had sent a beautiful bouquet through another supplier on the day of the funeral to my aunt. What must my poor mother think of my delivery from eFlorist UK to her? She can only assume that I did not think as much of her.

The flowers themselves were a poor example of what was portrayed on the website. I am so angry and disappointed with the stinginess of the bouquet. How dare they provide such a poor example of flowers on such a special day of the year for my 75-year-old mother. Shame on them.

I would like to think that eFlorist UK would rectify this as soon as possible. However, their response was lacklustre and unhelpful. They claimed that the flowers were sent in bud to ensure maximum freshness, but this does not excuse the poor quality of the bouquet. If the flowers do not bloom within two days, they have offered to investigate further with their suppliers. This is not good enough.

Overall, I would not recommend eFlorist UK to anyone. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and their flowers are of poor quality. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Experience with eFlorist UK's Free Chocolates Promotion

I recently placed an order with eFlorist UK and was enticed by their promotion of free chocolates. I thought it was a good deal and spent ?42 with this company. However, I was disappointed when the chocolates were not delivered as promised.

When I contacted the company, they admitted their mistake but told me that since the chocolates were free, I was not entitled to any refund. They did offer to refund me ?2 out of their goodwill, but I was not satisfied with this.

I believe that companies offer promotions to attract customers, and if they fail to deliver on their promises, they should make it right. It is unfair and insulting to be told that I am not entitled to any compensation just because the chocolates were free. I gave them my business because of the promotion, and they should take responsibility for their mistake.

It is not uncommon for companies to offer promotions and fail to deliver on them. They keep the customer's money and do not offer any compensation. This is a win-win situation for the company but a lose for the consumer.

I understand that accidents happen, and the chocolates were forgotten, but the customer service I received was horrible. I was offered less than a 5% refund out of their "goodwill," which is not acceptable. The company should own up to their mistake and make it right.

In conclusion, I would not recommend eFlorist UK based on my experience. The promotion was the only reason I chose this company, and they failed to deliver on their promise. It is important for companies to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide good customer service.

eFlorist UK eFlorist UK Review: Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support

I've been using eFlorist UK for years now, and I've always been satisfied with their service. However, my recent experience with them on Mother's Day was a complete disaster. I ordered flowers for my mom, but they never arrived, and there was no delivery made. I tried to contact their customer service through emails and phone calls, but I got no response at all. It was frustrating and disappointing.

It seems like something has gone wrong with this company recently. They used to be reliable, but now their service is not what it used to be. Their customer service department is a joke, and they don't seem to care about their customers anymore. It's like they've become too big and don't value their customers as much as they used to. If you read the negative reviews online, you'll see that many customers are unhappy with their service.

I would advise anyone who wants to send flowers to their loved ones to use a different company. There are plenty of other options out there, and you don't have to waste your time and money on eFlorist. Although I did get a full refund on my credit card, I never received any explanation, apology, or expression of regret from them. It was a complete waste of my time and energy.

It's important to remember that eFlorist is not a florist but a relay company. They can't always be relied upon to deliver flowers on time or at all. Ordering from them is like playing a game of chance. You might get lucky, but the risk of disappointment is too high.

In hindsight, I should have bought flowers from my local flower shop or supermarket and delivered them myself. It would have been a long drive, but it would have been worth it to see my mom's smile. I won't be using eFlorist again, and I suggest you do the same. There are better options out there that value their customers and provide a reliable flower delivery service. Or, you could try a locally-based florist who knows the area and can deliver the flowers personally.

eFlorist UK Avoid eFlorist UK - Poor Quality Flowers and Terrible Customer Service

I'm really disappointed with the service I received from eFlorist UK. My husband ordered flowers for me on Valentine's Day, but when they arrived, I was really unhappy with what I saw. The flowers were lying flat in the box, with the water from the bag soaking into the box and the card from my husband soaked. The flowers were droopy and the roses were brown around the edges. I put them into water, but no amount of water was going to save them. I was really upset, especially when my husband told me how much he had paid for them. I wouldn't have even expected to see them for that price, let alone pay it!

I contacted eFlorist to complain, but all I got was a basic reply saying that someone would be in touch. Nobody ever got in touch, so I posted my complaint and some pictures on their Facebook page. I was shocked to see how many other people were complaining too. I sent them a private message on Facebook, but all I got was answers skirting around the actual issue. They told me to wait 24 hours because the flowers had to be given a chance to bloom, but the flowers were not going to bloom and never have bloomed! They even told me that after a good drink of water, the flowers should be looking more like the picture that was viewed at the time of ordering, which was ridiculous.

I waited 24 hours and showed them another picture, but they told me it can take 24-48 hours and to contact them in another 24 hours time if I still wasn't happy. I told them that flowers are supposed to be fresh and look amazing on the day you get them, not days after or battling to complain and spoiling people's days and occasions. My husband was also emailed back just with the same response I was getting, basically wait, in other words they didn't want to acknowledge the fact there was a problem and definitely don't want to give money back.

The following day, I went to message them to say I still wasn't happy and show a picture of the horrendous looking flowers, but I found out they had blocked me! They also deleted comments and blocked people on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. There are so many complaints online about them, I don't know how they are still trading and taking people's money. There's even a Facebook group dedicated to how bad eFlorist is.

My husband emailed them to say he wants his money back as quick as they took it and he's had no reply. I have put a post on Twitter and I have also sent an email to Trading Standards. I will also write this complaint on every platform online that is available for reviews and complaints.

I am really upset that Valentine's Day had to be, and still is, tarnished with their poor product, misleading advertising and battling to get money back. They are a disgraceful company who don't care about their customers. I suggest that unless you want to make people cry with your gestures, then you should AVOID eFlorist like the plague!

eFlorist UK Disappointing Experience with eFlorist UK: Duplicate Order and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with eFlorist UK (eflorist.co.uk) that left me feeling disappointed. I placed an order on their website, but unfortunately, their system crashed and I was informed that my order had not gone through. However, I noticed that my order was still in my 'cart', so I hit send again. To my dismay, the original order had gone through, and my order was duplicated.

I immediately contacted eFlorist UK via their contact section, hoping to resolve the issue. However, I received two automated, set paragraph emails that did not address my concerns. The emails stated that I was too late to stop the order due to Covid-19, Christmas, and not enough time. It was clear that they had not read my email properly or taken the time to address the issue.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to send an official letter of complaint before taking the matter higher. I was disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend eFlorist UK to others.

However, after threatening to take the matter to the Ombudsman, I received a further email from eFlorist UK. They confirmed that my duplicate order had been cancelled, and a refund had been processed. I was pleased to see that the refund was applied to my credit card within 48 hours of their email.

While I am satisfied with the outcome, I did not receive an apology from eFlorist UK. Overall, my experience with eFlorist UK was not a positive one, and I will not be using their services again.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Experience with eFlorist UK: Late Delivery and Poor Quality Flowers

I recently ordered some flowers for my sister-in-law's 70th birthday from eFlorist UK. I placed the order on January 30th and requested delivery on February 1st. Unfortunately, the flowers didn't arrive until 6:30 pm on her birthday, which was quite late in the day. I was worried that she might have thought I had forgotten about her special day.

To make matters worse, the flowers arrived without any water, which was a bit disappointing. Two days later, my sister-in-law contacted me to say that the flowers had arrived with broken stems and were starting to wither and turn brown. I was really disappointed to hear this, as I had hoped that the flowers would be a lovely surprise for her.

I decided to contact eFlorist UK to see if they could help. I sent them an email and also tried to chat with them online. To their credit, they responded quickly and offered to send a replacement bunch of flowers. I was pleased with this response and hoped that the replacement flowers would be in better condition.

Unfortunately, when the replacement flowers arrived, they were also in poor condition. The stems were broken and the flowers looked wilted and sad. I was really disappointed to see this, as I had hoped that the replacement flowers would be a nice surprise for my sister-in-law.

I decided to contact eFlorist UK again to see if they could help. I sent them another email and tried to chat with them online, but I wasn't able to get through. I'm really hoping that someone from eFlorist UK will contact me soon so that we can sort this out. I don't want my sister-in-law to be disappointed on her special day, and I'm sure that eFlorist UK doesn't want that either.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Experience with eFlorist UK: Shocking Flowers and Terrible Customer Service

I recently bought some flowers for my wife on our anniversary from eFlorist UK. It was my first time using their service, and I decided to give them a try since they use local providers. Unfortunately, the flowers that were delivered were shocking and looked nothing like the picture on the website. The bouquet was not only different in appearance but also in size. I had purchased the largest size available, which cost around ?41.

I contacted their customer service, and Abbie was the representative who assisted me. I sent multiple pictures of the flowers, but she didn't think there was any issue. She advised me to wait for 48 hours, and the flowers should perk up; otherwise, they would look into it further. I wasn't satisfied with her response, but I still waited for 48 hours and sent another picture. Unfortunately, there wasn't much change at all.

I had to go to a local florist and purchase more flowers because it wasn't nice to give such bad flowers to my wife. I showed the florist pictures of the flowers, and they were appalled by the quality.

I am disappointed with eFlorist UK, and I will never use their service again. The worst part was that when they had a chance to make it right, their customer service was terrible. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't meet your expectations, and it's even more frustrating when the company doesn't take responsibility for their mistake.

eFlorist UK eFlorist UK Ruined My Son's Last Day of School - No Flowers Delivered!

I gotta say, I used eFlorist UK yesterday to send some flowers to my son's teacher at his school. I was pretty specific about the delivery time, asking for it to be between 9 and 10am today, since the school was finishing up at noon. I didn't want my son to have to bring in a gift himself, since the flowers should have been there from him. But guess what? The flowers never showed up! All the other kids in the class brought in their gifts, and my poor son was left feeling embarrassed and upset. I mean, come on, it's his last day of school! And now there's no way to fix it, since the school is closed for the summer.

So yeah, I'm pretty ticked off. I want a full refund, obviously, but I also want to know what eFlorist UK is going to do to make up for this huge mistake. I thought I could trust them to do what I asked (and paid for!), but clearly that's not the case. It's a shame, really, because I was hoping to use their service again in the future. But now? I don't think so. Thanks for ruining my son's last day of school, eFlorist UK.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Experience with eFlorist UK: Incorrect Bouquet Delivered

I recently had an experience with eFlorist UK (eflorist.co.uk) that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had ordered an autumn bouquet, specifically the peach glow variety, to be delivered to my niece in Hull, UK for her birthday. Unfortunately, when the bouquet arrived, it looked nothing like what I had ordered. In fact, it looked like someone had dug up some weeds and left them at the front door!

The bouquet was mostly green foliage with just a few flowers that didn't match what I had requested. I immediately contacted customer service to express my dissatisfaction, but they weren't very helpful. They simply told me that flowers can be substituted for others, which I already knew, but the bouquet they sent was completely different from what I had ordered.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to escalate the issue and contact the main headquarters to complain. I also reached out to my credit card company to see if they could help me remove the £47 charge for the disappointing bouquet. Customer service continued to be unhelpful, telling me that at least some of the flowers were the color I had requested. But that wasn't the point - the bouquet was supposed to be a specific arrangement, not just a random assortment of flowers.

It was clear to me that the florist who delivered the bouquet had done a poor job. They simply stuck some flowers in a vase without even looking at the arrangement picture I had purchased. The flowers on the left in the attached photo are what I had ordered, while the flowers on the right are what my niece actually received.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with eFlorist UK. While I understand that substitutions may need to be made, I expect that the overall arrangement will still resemble what I had ordered. Unfortunately, that was not the case in this situation. I hope that eFlorist UK will take steps to improve their quality control and ensure that customers receive the products they have paid for.

eFlorist UK eFlorist UK Review: Potential for Improvement in User-Friendliness

I had a bit of a mishap when trying to order flowers from eFlorist UK. I was in Switzerland at the time and unfortunately, I couldn't use my foreign phone number to finalise the order. So, I had to use my old UK phone number instead. Little did I know, this would cause a bit of a problem later on.

You see, I had placed a same day delivery order, but I didn't have access to my UK phone number to see the message that eFlorist UK had sent me. The message said that they couldn't deliver the flowers on the same day and asked me to confirm if next day delivery was okay. If only I had seen that message, things might have gone a bit smoother.

It wasn't until the next day when I sent an email that I found out what had happened. Unfortunately, it took eFlorist UK a whole day to reply to my email, which meant that the delivery was already two days late by that point. I had no choice but to ask for a refund.

Now, I understand that it's not really eFlorist UK's fault that I didn't have access to my UK phone number. However, I do think that they could make things a bit easier for customers in similar situations. For example, they could add an option on their website where you can select the method you want to be contacted with. If they had sent me the same message via email, the whole thing could have gone a lot smoother.

Another thing to consider is that flower deliveries are often used when a partner is abroad. So, having an option to use a foreign phone number would also be a good solution.

Overall, I think eFlorist UK has a lot of potential, but there are a few things that could be improved. If they can make the ordering process a bit more user-friendly, I would definitely consider using them again in the future.

eFlorist UK Mixed Experience with EFlorist: Good Service, Disappointing Bouquet and Free Chocolates

I've used EFlorist a few times now, especially during lockdown when I couldn't go out to buy flowers myself. Overall, I think it's a pretty well-run business. They keep me updated on my order and deliver when they say they will. However, my most recent order was a bit of a letdown. I had it delivered to my own address instead of the recipient's, and when I opened the box, I was disappointed with the amount of flowers I got for the money. I know that the flowers will eventually bloom and make the bouquet look fuller, but I still feel like I could have gotten more for what I paid. I ordered a medium-sized bouquet, but I could have easily gotten double or triple the amount of flowers for the same price.

The "free chocolates" that came with the bouquet were also a bit of a disappointment. The box was tiny and only had four chocolates in it. I guess I should have known that there's no such thing as a free lunch, right?

Overall, I think EFlorist is a convenient service if you can't see the person you're gifting flowers to. But I don't think I'll be using them again because of the reasons I mentioned above. I wish my previous recipients had been more honest with me about the quality of the flowers they received. Now that I've seen the quality for myself, I feel a bit embarrassed.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Valentine's Day Bouquet from eFlorist UK: A Review

I ordered 50 roses from eFlorist UK for Valentine's Day, hoping to surprise my significant other with a beautiful bouquet. However, I was disappointed to find that the flowers were not as advertised. The website claimed that the roses would be delivered "in bud," but in reality, they were already well open. Over 80% of the stems were already aging and blackened around the edges, which was not a good look.

To make matters worse, the bouquet was loose in the box, which caused even more damage to the stems. The "specially designed box" was too big for the bouquet, which made it difficult to keep the flowers in good condition during transit.

The "free chocolates" that came with the bouquet were also a letdown. The box was tiny, and there were only four chocolates inside. I hadn't even opened the box yet, but I could tell that it wasn't going to be a very impressive gift.

Despite all of these issues, I decided to reach out to eFlorist's customer service team to see if they could help. I sent them some pictures of the flowers, and within an hour, they had responded with an apology and a full refund. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to resolve the issue, and it made me feel better about the whole experience.

Overall, I would say that the quality of the flowers was very low. Most of them were old and showing signs of aging, and several were damaged. They were definitely not what I was expecting based on the image and description on the website. I wouldn't recommend eFlorist for a special or credible Valentine's Day gift, but if you're just looking for something basic, you might be better off going to the supermarket or garage.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Experience with eFlorist UK: Not Worth the Money

I recently had an experience with eFlorist UK and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of white and purple flowers for my friend's graduation, specifically in a large size so that they would be full and beautiful. However, when my friend sent me a video of the flowers, I was shocked. They were nothing like what I had ordered!

Now, I understand that the flowers may not look exactly like the professional picture online, but these flowers were not even close to looking like their picture! I could have easily gone to Tesco or Asda and bought a much bigger and better bouquet of flowers if I had known that these flowers would look like this. I honestly do not understand how on earth they thought that what they are showing online is even close to what they are sending.

I urge you, please do not waste your money on eFlorist UK. You will be so disappointed and embarrassed. I wish I had gone with my usual flower delivery service instead of eFlorist. It was actually so embarrassing, it completely took the mick! When I showed my friend what I actually ordered, even she was laughing hysterically! It was an absolute joke!

And to make matters worse, they blocked me on Instagram when I sent them a DM and commented on their picture to say not to order from them! Can you believe it? It's just not right.

In conclusion, I would not recommend eFlorist UK to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and embarrassment and go with a different flower delivery service.

eFlorist UK Disappointing Experience with eFlorist UK: Non-Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with eFlorist UK. I was looking for a quick and easy way to send some flowers to my friend for her 40th birthday, and their website seemed like the perfect solution. They promised next day delivery, and I even double-checked the delivery info and payment screen to make sure everything was in order.

But when the delivery date came and went, and my friend still hadn't received her flowers, I started to get worried. I sent an email to their customer service team explaining the situation, but all I got back was an automated response that didn't really help me at all.

I tried again, this time citing their own terms and conditions and requesting a cancellation due to non-delivery. But once again, all I got back was another unhelpful automated response. It was starting to feel like I was talking to a robot instead of a real person!

After several more attempts, I finally got a response from a human being. But even then, they couldn't give me any details about the delivery, and they refused to cancel the order because it was supposedly already out for delivery. I explained that my friend wouldn't even be there to receive the flowers, but they didn't seem to care.

Long story short, the flowers were never delivered, and I'm now out of pocket by £22. If you're thinking about using eFlorist UK, I would definitely advise you to be cautious. Their customer service is seriously lacking, and they don't seem to care about following their own terms and conditions.
