I purchased norton tune up package for $49.99 on Nov 30 2023.I called to.get the service done on December 1 2023 and had long wait times got transfered all around the company to get someone to perform the service.Finally someone answered,At that point i had to go to work.I was speaking with the rep and informed him i had to go to work.So i asked for a direct phone number for the Department I needed to speak with that way when I called back on the second I didn't have to worry about getting transferred all over the place and long whole times. He gave me 800 number and I went to work. December 2nd 2023 I called back and what happened, The same thing I got transferred all over the place and then when I finally got a hold of the person I got a hold of the person I got hung up on. Now this guy gave me a phone number to call back,and assured me that I would go right to the person that I needed to assist me, I guess he lied to me. I Was so frustrated with this company that I called back and wanted to speak to someone about getting my money back, I got connected to that person and what happened, They hung up for me. I don't like the fact that, One the customer service Is not based in America, And I feel like what's going on there is scandalous. I am scared that with them outsourcing their business overseas, There is no guarantee our information is safe due to all the scams coming from the continent of Africa.. I want someone I can speak with, Who Speaks on the same level as I do . I understand everybody needs to work. However, They should have people working in their call centers who speak languages on the same level as the customer calling. That weather is no misinterpretation of any information. That way the customer gets their products and services with no misunderstanding. I just feel like Norton has A bigger agenda and it's not to Serve the consumer. If they were going to serve the consumer they would have an easy phone number to call and an easy team that could get the job done.
