Norton review: Norton utilities ultimate

Well it all started on or around Nov.2023. I was going to cancel my subscription for Norton Antivirus. I chatted with the rep. and told him I could buy the program at the store cheaper, he told me its not the same as the online program. we went back and forth about the price, finally he told me his boss said we could match the price from the store. So I agreed and got it for the store price. He was looking at what I had tried from my account on the free trials for 30 days (I think it was for that long) well anyways he asked me if I want to subscript to the 2 programs ( Utilities Ultimate & Driver Updater. I told him that the price was too high. He went to his boss again and said I could give you the 2 programs for $5 for the year, I jumped at this deal. Then they billed me for $56.95 on Jan.22/2024. So I called and told them I have the program till 12/12/2024 & 12/16/2024. Again round & round with them talked to the rep. his boss then senior, but the call got disconnected and no call back. Now am I right, I have both of these programs till Dec. of 2024. They cancelled both of the programs. Will be checking around for a new antivirus next year. Good bye Norton.
