I have a return but have trouble getting to the right person. At first my account showed a long white dress and another dress on my orders. Now it is showing three items. One item is a jacket that looks like a school jacket The other two

Items I can’t remember what they were. I never ordered or received any of the items the first time dresses or the second time three items with a jacket. I have sent many messages before but couldn’t get anyone to help me. I am 84 years old. Almost 85 in Feb I desperately need help. I am handicap and do a lot of shopping on line. This company has some beautiful things I might like for Christmas I really need my refund money back on my charge. In my original message I told them I fell and broke both of my wrists I was put in a Health Care Center for awhile because I couldn’t do anything for myself. I didn’t have everything ready to return or new how to get those wrong items off my account

I thank you in advance for helping me and will say a prayer for the Supervisor tonight I am excited that I might get a response, since I have never got a response before. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

P.S. I think I ordered my items in June. I think my order was for XL dresses.

Desired outcome: That I could get a refund on my charge card
