I ordered 27 rolls only to receive an inferior product which is half the price on their website and others! And nothing as described online or in their shipping confirmation messages to me.

Their return instructions became immediately suspicious, no return labeling service, will not accept a reputable courier service like DHL, whom I had paid 120chf for delivery to me originally and their return message quoted me it would only cost 10-30chf for the return! When in fact it’s a minimum of 89.00chf to return. All the while no real confirmation they would actually refund my credit card but lots of promises of rewards and discounts that I never intend to use. Once I received the return info, a further question remains unanswered, instead immediately I received a message to close the ticket! Guessing that would expire leaving me without any link to communicate during the return and refund process. Furthermore I paid import duty, clearly non refundable, and no acknowledgement that the product I ordered originally was even in stock, which leads me to believe it doesn’t even exist! This website seems to be a mirror image of many others out there. Lightinabox is definitely breaching local consumer laws and the site is in local language and currency giving a false sense of security. And it comes with no real customer service only bot [censored]! Avoid at all costs! The photos are what I ordered and only received a rubbish inferior product. Last photo

Desired outcome: Full refund to my credit card, proper return policy and at their expense.
