Despite that big snow/ice storm..this company got restocked and sent my order out really fast. The package made it in perfect shape. Parts are perfect at a very good price. Their service is excellent! Will buy from them in the future and highly recommend

part took a week to come , installed ran for 30 seconds leaked all over, defective warped chinese junk dishwasher pump, no company contact info ,wasted money,reached out through POOR warranty channels, NO RESPONSE, I DEMAND A REFUND! I emailed Speedy Appliance Parts inquiring about knobs fitting my LG STOVE and received a response extremely quickly! Check out was super easy and fast. Shipping was extremely fast and my knobs fit better then the originals! I will definitely use this amazing website for all my future appliance parts!

I bought an ice maker from Speedy Appliance last March. The ice maker is already broken I know it had only 90-day guarantee. Just wanted to let everyone know not to buy parts from them. They were not even willing to help with a discount are anything. If I could I would leave zero stars. The ice maker didn't even make it a year what a rip off. Thanks Bruce

Buyer beware, terrible terrible company. Paid for two day shipping, received the part two weeks later, after being able to order and receive the part from another company. Paula and Kayla are just awful customer service reps, rude, snippy, and unhelpful. Refuse to refund shipping, and after restocking fee, only able to recover a fraction of what I paid. Just awful.

Needed a replacement part not in stock at a local home improvement store. Looked up the part number and up came Speedy Appliance and almost a third of the price. Didn't know anything about this Company, but needed the part. Ordered it and paid. Received immediate reply that it processed, when it shipped, and when it was delivered -- all within about a week (chose standard shipping). Fantastic experience, and I'll probably be back for another one -- I'm told those plastic knobs on washers and dryers crack all the time (really? sounds like customer retention). Thanks Speedy!

Lousy company. Lousy customer service. Robot ran company no humanism. I paid extra money for 2 day delivery. The date I clicked on was not honoured. I got nothing but excuses. This company is not a customer is right company. They don't care. It's done online. They steal your money and then offer nothing but robotic, canned responses. They are shady. Do not honour their word. Make up words to honour their excuses. I'm not the only one they've done this to. Add it up 15.95 a pop for a service they do not honour. If they even do one of those a day. Do the math for free money for them. SMH.

This is a careful thought out place to rip someone off. I ordered a part one evening and realized it was not the right part so I tried to undo it but was told you can't cancel order even if it wasn't finalized till the next day. So I waited till the parts came and I immediately emailed and was given the ok to send it back. My beef is by the time they deduct the shipping and I pay for return shipping plus there restocking fee of 20% I will end up with a refund $1.00 something in change out of a $24.95 item. All I can say don't order from any company that doesn't allow a person to cancel also one that charges 20% restocking fees.

Not an easy way to do returns. Needed to cancel order minutes after ordering, and there was no easy way to contact, no phone number, just a bad cancellation policy that didn't allow for me to make a quick cancel. There policy says no way to cancel order, because it is already being processed to ship. Now I'm going to be stuck with a part I don't need, and will have to pay for shipping to ship it back. Base on other reviews, I'm disappointed in the customer service. I've used them before, but this is ridiculous. They should be able to stop an order. Now when I click I agree...I'm weary. Just want businesses to do the right thing. Now I have a hassle, when I was looking for help.

I purchased a dryer drive motor replacement motor for a Maytag dryer on 12/10. It hooked up ok with the original power plug. When I started it without any drive belt hooked up it sounded like the bearings were grinding. I looked on Amazon where it was described as "loud". I checked the reviews where a lady said she could hear when the motor was running upstairs and across the house. Other than the very loud noise it was working ok. About six weeks later when it was turned on the motor just hummed but did not move until I spun it with my hand and would continue to run until it turned off. It only has a 30 day warranty. I would turn it on and spin the drum until it took off running. I did this for two weeks until the internal switch that turns on the heating element stopped engaging when the centrifical clutch stopped engaging. It just slowly disintegrated. I would not recommend this dryer motor in any manner, shape, or form. It just slowly disintegrated into a heavy useless paperweight.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. BEWARE and read the reviews before you purchase anything from them. Unethical, unprofessional and untrustworthy in my experience. I needed a heating element for my dryer so I typed in the specific part # on their website and ordered it. Upon delivery, it didn't look like that part and so didn't work with my dryer. I followed all the instructions to return it for a refund minus the 20% re-stocking fee. When they received it they sent me pictures of the supposed damage to the part that they say happened during transport. The picture of the damage to the box (very slight) did not match the damage to the part (a thermostat wire that became unattached) in my opinion. I emailed back and forth, getting nowhere and so decided to look into filing a claim with the USPS which was suggested by them. I let them know that maybe they should file the claim since the box/part may be needed for evidence. Next thing I know the person says she had REFUSED the package and so it should be on its way to me. Wait a minute...WHAT?! THEY HAD ALREADY OPENED IT AND SENT ME PICTURES! That is not how the USPS works, so now this feels very unsettling and suspicious. I emailed back and said it couldn't have been refused. NOW a different person emails and says "We are under no obligation to return your damaged shipment and this was done as a courtesy." I then asked if she could call me and she said no, that customer service is only done through email. I then asked if a manager could email me, never got a reply. I sent another email. She replies with "I'm sorry. I'm not sure exactly what your question is, the email sent is quite a bit jumbled. It looks like you may have been asking about the package you shipped being refused by our warehouse. You can follow the tracking..." My package WAS NOT refused and this person has never addressed that discrepancy with me. I hope this helps at least one person to stay away. Zero stars.

Got my part from Speedy Appliance Parts LLC and it was busted up. Couldn't even call 'em 'cause there ain't no phone number listed for 'em. They're outta Corydon, IN.

I ordered sum parts from this company and they said they sent it out on Oct 25, 2021. But I still ain't got it yet and I can't find no way to get in touch with them. The company is called Speedy Appliance Parts.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Speedy Appliance Parts LLC. I ordered a part for my machine and they charged me right away, but the part never showed up. I even paid extra for 2-day delivery, but it took over a week. Not cool, man.

It's still in great condition, but I've tried emailing them and haven't received any response. It's also not easy to find their contact information, as it's not included on the invoice.

I bought an ice maker from Speedy Appliance Parts LLC, it was supposed to be *** but it turned out to be some other brand that's supposed to fit all. It didn't work at all, even when I tried to jumpstart it with T-H and power. I couldn't return it either. I even paid extra for express shipping but they sent it through USPS. It was a total scam. Their feedback address on the website doesn't even work.

I orderd a part from Speedy Appliance Parts LLC and paid for 1-2 day shipping. But it took 10 whole days to get to my house. I contacted them and asked why they shipped it priority mail instead of over night. My post office said it only cost them $5.99, but Speedy Appliance Parts charged me $17.95. I think it's illegal to over charge shipping. They just keep blaming covid for not getting it to me on time. But the post office said they don't even offer 1-2 day shipping in the first place.

I got a part from them on 1/6 but still ain't got it. I went to their contact page and can't find a way to hit them up. They talk about shipping taking longer and to wait even if USPS says it's delivered. I waited till today, 2/3 and still no part. I wanna talk to someone there so they can get USPS to pay up and give me my money back. But there's no way to hit them up. My order number is ***. I checked the address and all that and it's good.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping but they sent it through 7-day *** ground. I tried to contact them but no response. Their ComplaintsBoard.com profile has the wrong number and they don't have a phone number online. Legit companies have phones, so I'm worried if I'll get my order. ComplaintsBoard.com's A+ score seems fishy. Ignoring customers when you mess up is not cool. Keeping your phone number a secret is shady.

I bought a part for my oven but they sent the wrong one. The guy who put it in said the touch pad cover was right but not the circuit board. I didn't buy the cover but the guy took it off and put everything back in the box. I asked for my money back and they said I had to send it back with a paper inside and they'd take 20% off. They told me the right part number but I didn't want to buy it until I got my money back. I didn't get my money back so I asked them and they said they threw it away because the cover was stuck to it. They showed me a picture of a dirty cover. I sent it back nice and clean so they could sell it again.

I bought a part from speedy appliances on 12/21 for $17.45 (shipping included). I tried to cancel the order but couldn't. The website had no phone number and they never replied to my emails. I returned the unopened package by refusing it and dropping it off at the *** store in Bothell, Washington. But speedy appliances never responded and I couldn't contact them. So, I disputed the charges with my bank. But now the bank wants a tracking number which I don't have. I think if the bank contacts speedy appliances, they'll confirm receiving the item and I'll get my refund. But it's hard to contact speedy appliances, even for the bank. On 3/15, I got a threatening letter from *** on behalf of speedy appliances. They want me to pay $86.18 for something I never bought. They're threatening to affect my credit report if I don't pay. This is criminal. I want this removed, my credit history unaffected, and my money back. I also want this reported to the proper agency. It's frustrating.
