I have ordered a total of two rings from MoissaniteCo on separate occasions and both times the experience went very well. The first ring I purchased was a readily available option, and for the second ring, I messaged the company to have a different center stone put in one of their settings. Their communication was quick, clear, and very helpful. I received both my rings in a timely fashion, and they are both beautiful.

She loves it! It's sparkly and just what was ordered - equivalent of 4ct in a princess cut with a V-Prong setting engagement ring. Turn around time was even earlier than expected with the expedited shipping. Customer service is great - every time I sent an email I got a response within a few hours, or the next day if far outside business hours. The stone and setting look incredible together and we plan to go back for the bands to add on.

To find quality, service and pricing of this caliber is rare. MoissaniteCo. knows what they're doing! The craftsmanship of the ring my husband and I bought as his wedding ring is absolutely amazing. We searched for a certain type of ring and couldn't find it anywhere, yet Moissaniteco had what we were looking for. The weight of the gold has a great amount of weight and the stones are so brilliant and beautiful. We hope to buy more pieces in the future. My wife and I have been purchasing all of our rings from MoissaniteCo.com for the last 20 years of our marriage.
My wife made it clear before we were married that she loathes the diamond industry because even if they say all of their diamonds are "non-conflict"; all that means is that their sellers move the blood diamonds from the conflict country to a non-conflict country before they sell them to American jewelry stores.
I just purchased her newest moissanite ring for our 20 year anniversary.

Great prices, absolutely beautiful stones! I got an 8x6 crushed ice oval set in a 6 prong solitaire. Three weeks after I got it, I closed my hand in a car door, and loosened the prongs. Sent it back and they fixed it free of charge, but I did pay a small fee of $25 to have it resized slightly smaller. Communication was always fast and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for ethical jewelry at a good price, and I plan to order just about all of my jewelry from them in the future.

Overall very good experience. The custom engagement ring experience was very easy and quite cheap. They listened to all my thoughts and we created a gorgeous ring. My ring was made and delivered very fast but Sadly it arrived in less than perfect condition. I messaged them and they helped me out right away to get the ring sent back in to be fixed free of charge. The customer service is exceptional and very friendly. 100% I will purchase from them again and again! Already looking to make a custom wedding band!

Initially purchased an engagement ring and later the wedding band. Upon purchasing the second ring it was necessary to ship it to them to be properly fitted. My wife was nervous about placing her ring in the mail but they ensured we had tracking numbers and expeditiously handled the process making it as seamless as possible. The ring quality is amazing. I can't begin to count the number of compliments my wife receives almost daily. Don't let the stigma of not buying a diamond impact your decision to choose this high quality and exceptionally beautiful ring. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this company strongly enough! Not only was the ring incredibly beautiful, the selection amazing, and the pricing reasonable, but the customer service I received from day one was hands down the best I have ever had! Every minor detail or trivial question I had was immediately professionally handled and I was helped through the entire process. Even after I got the ring and decided to change the center stone, they let me send it back and replaced the center stone with zero issues! If there was a score above five I could give, I would in a heartbeat. My new fiancé LOOOOOVES her ring and MoissaniteCo is 100% to thank for that. I will absolutely buy here again!

I got my wedding band set back in late 2013. I will say the bands are slightly wider than most, so it is smart to go up a quarter size. Originally I was not crazy about the band thickness, however I do realize that it means it is much stronger than a delicate thin band. Anyways 7 years later my rings still look fantastic and we have no regrets. I've had them recoated once due to the white gold turning a little yellow, but that is normal with any gold jewelry. I ended up purchasing a necklace and earrings as well from the company, and was delighted with how beautiful they came out as well. Would absolutely recommend this company. Good customer service, they were able to help me out with all my concerns and I have not had any issues.

This is a great company to work with. The customer service is fast and quick to respond. I ordered after Covid-19 hit and there was a delay in shipping but it was okay because they informed me of the delay and tried their best. The ring came on time and it was gorgeous. My fiance adores her ring (of course, since she had it personalized); that is also a pro that you can personalize your ring to your liking. The stones and designs of moissanite rings are absolutely stunning and for the price, you just can't beat it. I have looked at other websites that sold moissanite rings and this is better to me. I think they have more styles to choose from and have slightly better price too compared to some others. Definitely recommend their website/company!

I am thrilled with my ring & experience with MoissaniteCo. Their customer service is absolutely top notch. I made a sizing mistake & ordered a moissanite that was too small for my setting. When the stone arrived I was so disappointed that it wouldn't work because it was beautiful. I explained the situation & I started a return. Chris emailed me back promptly & said that I could return the stone for a full refund or he could try to help me find out what size I needed. He went above & beyond to help me determine what size stone would fit. When the size I needed turned out to be almost double the cost he offered an alternative that was around the same cost. To make things even easier I was able to send my setting back with the return, MoissaniteCo then set the new larger stone for me & re-rhodium plated my ring. I had my ring back in less than two weeks from start to finish including shipping.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from this company in fall of 2019. By winter, a stone had already fallen out of the engagement ring and I had to ship my new ring away to have it repaired. Pretty sad for just getting engaged, and barely getting to wear it. I figured they could size it for me since it was such a disappointment, but nope. Made me pay to ship it/insure it out and then we paid for the repair on the stone.

Not even a year later, a second stone fell out of the band. Repeat all of that first experience, they did nothing for us as an apology. Less than a year after that, a stone fell out of my wedding ring once again and I reached out via email and got ignored for a week. Reached out via Instagram and they had the team email me back just to say that they looked over my account and nothing is wrong with the ring, I'd have to pay the same amount over again, and pay for shipping so that it could get repaired. Super interesting that they didn't even bother to ask to look at the ring, they could just tell from our account that nothing is wrong with the ring.

We ended up moving the main stone into a setting from another company and spent way too much money to do so, but it was the only way I could keep part of my original ring and actually get to wear it without having to watch the small stones fall out of my ring from everyday use.

Terrible company, terrible quality, terrible customer service. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

Oh! Best news is when the stone was appraised by a real jeweler, what my husband paid for is not what he got. Paid for 1.4 carats and it only weighed in at 1.2. Sketchy.
