Lajerrio Lajerrio.com Review: Late Delivery, Poor Communication, and No Accountability

Recently, I ordered a ring from Lajerrio.com in the middle of April and paid extra to receive it in just three days. Unfortunately, a full week after my purchase, I received an email stating that my ring was still in production but assured me that I would receive it on time. However, two weeks later, I found myself needing to reach out to their customer service team to inquire about my order’s status. I was rather disappointed to receive an email stating that their system had been down but that my ring had been sent, along with a tracking number for FedEx.

Much to my dismay, I quickly realized that FedEx had only generated a shipping label and not the actual ring. After reaching out to Lajerrio.com yet again, I was further disappointed to receive a reply stating that it was not their fault and FedEx was to blame. In fact, FedEx had informed me that my delivery date was currently pending because they had yet to receive the package!

Overall, my experience with Lajerrio.com was rather disheartening, and I would not recommend this company to others. I understand that unforeseen events can occur during the production and delivery process; however, it is the responsibility of the company to communicate any delays or potential issues clearly and in a timely manner. It is also vital to take ownership of any issues that occur instead of shifting blame onto others.

Tell me about it! I chose and paid for 2 rings but as it said custom designs I asked if the ring with pave band could be supplied plain as stones irritates my fingers, 3 weeks later I ask for update and they say they can't send plain. So I asked to cancel full order and get refund. 1 week later they say sorry can they CANX order and refund, YES I emailed back,

Refund money in full. I order 2 custom rings from online jewellers.

2 days later I get email from Lajerrio saying original order made and rings posted?.

Problem is I am now in my Bulgarian home for winter and they're sending rings to uk address! Such a worry as I need someone to collect order and return for refund.

Lajerrio Lajerrio Review: Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience with Online Purchase

As someone who has recently experienced purchasing from Lajerrio (lajerrio.com), I have to say that my experience has been nothing but frustrating. My fiance and I were excited to order a ring from their website and anxiously awaited its arrival. However, after receiving an email thanking us for our order, it seemed like we were left in the dark with no information on when we could expect our purchase.

After inquiring about the tracking number for our order, we were shocked to hear back from Lajerrio that they couldn't find the order anywhere - and then were told to reorder. We were completely caught off guard and frustrated with this response, as we had already made the payment and had proof of our order in the form of an email.

To make matters worse, we have been met with silence from Lajerrio when trying to contact them via email, which raises concerns about the legitimacy of the website. It is concerning to know that we have already paid for an order that they are saying they cancelled and now want us to reorder, while offering no explanation or apology for the inconvenience caused.

We have already spoken to the bank to try and resolve the issue, but the fact remains that it is unacceptable for a website to operate in such an unprofessional manner. As a potential customer, I strongly urge you to think twice before giving your money to Lajerrio as it is clear that they do not hold up their end of the bargain.

Lajerrio Lajerrio: A Disappointing Experience With Poor Customer Service & No Communication

I was eagerly looking forward to receiving a ring that I ordered from Lajerrio almost a month ago. Sadly, even after waiting for so long, I'm still disappointed that I haven't received my order. To make matters worse, I'm extremely upset because the company promised to ship the ring ten days ago; however, when I contacted FedEx to inquire, they told me that they haven't even received it yet. As a result, I have no idea when I'll receive my item.

Another frustrating aspect of this company is that I cannot speak to customer support over the phone. All they offer is an email option. Even then, it's a matter of luck if they reply to you or not. I have sent three emails already and still haven't received a response. It is frustrating when you are left without any response, making me feel as if my purchase was a mistake.

Feeling completely let down, I have asked for a refund twice now, and I'm still waiting for any response from the company. The absence of timely communication and a complete lack of customer service has made this experience extremely frustrating. I feel like I am chasing the company for answers, and it seems like they are avoiding me. I'm left with no other option than to take the matter to my bank to pursue a refund.

Overall, I would strongly caution anyone against using Lajerrio to purchase items or for gift purchases. The company's poor customer service and lack of communication have ruined what should have been an exciting experience for me.

Exactly what I have been through, most companies have contact tel number or will ring you as requested, no not them.

What's worse for me is despite asking for refund for 2 weeks, them saying they would refund in full but a few days later they said the rings had been posted out to my UK address... Too late to cancel?

PROBLEM Is, I'm in my Bulgarian home for next 3mths and I have worry of trying to get someone to collect items and return to company.

Very worrying, thoroughly dissapointed

Lajerrio Lajerrio Review: Disappointing Shipping and Customer Service Experience

I recently ordered from Lajerrio's online store and paid for an additional 3-day shipping option to ensure my purchase arrived before Christmas. Upon realizing that my package hadn't arrived on Dec 16, I reached out to customer service to inquire about its status. It wasn't until a day later that I received a reply informing me that my order was ready to ship.

Unfortunately, even after waiting two more days, I still hadn't received any updates on my package. Frustrated by the lack of communication and unsure if my gift would arrive in time, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. Despite my attempts to contact Lajerrio, I didn't receive a response from them.

To my surprise, I finally heard from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirming that my package would be delivered on Dec 24- a full 10 days after my initial order and payment. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with the delayed delivery and the lack of transparency on Lajerrio's end.

Given my poor experience with Lajerrio, I would not recommend anyone to shop with them. Even their return and cancellation policy can't be trusted, as they've lied to me about their shipping and delivery timeline. I am now looking into disputing the purchase with my credit card company.

Lajerrio Terrible Experience with Lajerrio: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Support

I had the most terrible experience with Lajerrio. I placed my order on January 10, 2020, and spent an extra $20 for what I thought would be prompt delivery. Sadly, I was wrong, and I have been utterly disappointed with their service. Even after two weeks of showing the status as "ready to ship," I did not receive any indication that my order was on its way. When I inquired about this, Joy claimed that it was an error in the system and my ring was still being made. She promised a time frame of 9-11 working days before my order would be delivered, but even at that, the deadline passed with no delivery to date.

To make matters worse, I was informed that the company was on holiday, and that meant I would not receive my order until February. It is disheartening that if only the company had started manufacturing my ring immediately after my order, I would have received it by now. The lack of customer support made the situation even more frustrating since there was no phone number available to call, and I had to communicate through email, which only received a reply after a couple of days.

To add insult to injury, when I reached out after waiting a while and asked for an update, Joy had the audacity to tell me that if I no longer wanted to wait, I could cancel my order. After all that wasted time, she suggested I cancel my order? I was furious, and honestly, I regret doing business with them. As of February 2, 2020, I am still waiting on my order, and I have no guarantee when it will arrive. Going through this experience with Lajerrio has been the worst, and I will not be placing any orders with them again.

Lajerrio Dissatisfied with Lajerrio - Beautiful Products But Poor Return Policy and Customer Service

I was recently in the market for a bridal set and came across Lajerrio's website (lajerrio.com), impressed by their beautiful and unique designs. I eagerly made my purchase and awaited the arrival of my eagerly anticipated rings. However, upon receiving the set, I was disappointed to find that it was too large for my finger.

Determined to make the set work, I made the effort to take it to a reputable jeweler to get it sized. Unfortunately, I was met with the unfortunate news that the rings could not be resized due to the intricate design and the precious stones that adorned them. Realizing that I could not wear the set, I quickly went through the return process, hoping for a smooth and easy resolution.

However, I was met with a prolonged and frustrating process, including several days of emails back and forth. To my dismay, despite my efforts to return the product, I was denied a refund due to the removal of a small, sticky jewelry tag from the ring - something I had mentioned in my very first email. It is outrageous that such a tiny detail is the sole reason for my denial of a refund. It is clear that they know many people remove the tag, making it seem like they set up customers for failure when it comes to getting a refund.

Instead of being upfront about the consequences of removing the tag, Lajerrio made me send them photos and wait days for responses before ultimately deciding not to issue a refund. I must stress that my focus was not on the money, but rather the principle of the matter. The return process for an item that was too large should not be such a hassle, especially when the reason for the refund denial is something so minuscule.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Lajerrio. While their products may be beautiful, their return policy and customer service left much to be desired.

Lajerrio Lajerrio.com: Lower-End Jewelry with Disappointing Warranty Policy

Lajerrio.com is a company that offers beautiful jewelry that is considered lower-end or costume jewelry. While this type of jewelry may not be considered high-end, it is important to note that they still offer a 1-year warranty on their products. However, it is disappointing to find that the company does not stand behind its products when called to do so.

One customer ordered a black plated sapphire ring as a gift for his wife. Although this ring was beautiful and she loved it, it arrived almost a month late despite paying extra for timely delivery. Unfortunately, within only six months, the black plating had completely tarnished off, making the ring look very unattractive. Furthermore, it was discovered that the ring was not even made of silver, as it was sold as a silver ring.

When the customer contacted the warranty department, they were disappointed to receive only a 20% discount code to buy another product. Lajerrio Disappointing Experience with Lajerrio: Lack of Transparency and Communication

I had high hopes for Lajerrio (lajerrio.com) when I ordered 3 of their beautiful rings. Despite a few negative reviews, most people seemed to be satisfied with their purchases, so I decided to take the plunge. I was so excited to receive my order that I even opted for express shipping. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment when weeks went by without any shipping information or updates. The only communication I received from Lajerrio was in response to my own inquiry about my order status, and even then, the response was not particularly helpful.

According to Lajerrio, the COVID-19 pandemic was the cause of the delay in their production times. While I can certainly understand the challenges that the pandemic has presented to businesses around the world, I was frustrated that Lajerrio did not communicate this issue more clearly on their website or in their advertising. At this point, it has been over a month since I placed my order and I still have not received any information on when I can expect it to arrive.

Lajerrio Lajerrio Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Refund Policy in Online Jewelry Shopping

My experience with Lajerrio has been extremely disappointing. Whilst searching for a unique piece of jewelry, I stumbled upon Lajerrio's website and found exactly what I was looking for. After eagerly placing my order and waiting patiently for two months, I decided to reach out to the company to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, their response was extremely unsatisfactory - I was informed that they were unable to track my order and that it had been lost by the courier. However, they did offer to refund my money, which should have made me feel better, but instead led to more frustration.

When I checked their refund policy, it stated that I could obtain a refund either through PayPal or back onto my credit/debit card. Naturally, I requested a refund straight onto my original payment method - my debit card. But to my dismay, I received an email from them a week later stating that they could only refund my money onto a PayPal account. This would have been a reasonable enough request if I had actually created a PayPal account, but I hadn't, and made that very clear to them. Also, to add to the confusion, they stated that my order was "over the time" without further explanation.

Despite my numerous attempts to clarify the situation and get my money refunded, Lajerrio's customer service has been non-existent. They have not provided me with a supervisor's contact information nor have they replied to any of my subsequent emails. At this point, it has been almost four months since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive my product or a refund. This lack of service is entirely unacceptable.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Lajerrio to anyone. Their horrible customer service and lack of accountability have left me feeling quite upset and out of pocket. I would urge anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice and to find a more reputable company to deal with.

Lajerrio Disappointing Experience with Lajerrio Jewelry Company: Teal Ring with Blemishes and Poor Customer Service

I must say that my experience with Lajerrio (lajerrio.com) left me disappointed. I purchased what was advertised as a stunning dark blue sapphire ring. However, upon receiving the ring, I found that the color was more of a teal or aquamarine shade, which was not what I was anticipating. Furthermore, I noticed that there were two blemishes on the stone, which further detracted from its overall look and value.

Naturally, I reached out to the company's customer service team to inquire about returning the item and receiving a refund. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive instructions on how to do so, even after multiple attempts to contact them. The lack of follow-up and response from their customer service team has been concerning and has added to my disappointment.

Additionally, when I did manage to get in touch with someone, they requested that I send photographs of the ring, which I found to be unnecessary and potentially invasive. I obliged and sent the photos, but I didn't receive any reply or acknowledgment that they had received them or were working on processing my return.

Overall, my experience with Lajerrio has been quite frustrating, and I do not recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry purchases. Lajerrio Terrible service from Lajerrio, would not recommend to anyone

When it comes to online shopping, it's all too easy to get excited about your purchase and impatiently wait for it to arrive. Unfortunately, my experience with Lajerrio (lajerrio.com) left me feeling anything but excited.

To be blunt, I'm extremely unhappy with the service I received from this company. I placed an order and, despite the package being at my local Fed Ex office, I was informed that the seller had instructed it not to be delivered for another two days. Needless to say, this is not what I expect when I make an order. I want my purchases to arrive as soon as possible, not according to some arbitrary timeline set by the seller.

To add insult to injury, when I attempted to use their chat system to inquire about the delay, I was given a tracking number that had nothing to do with my question. When I expressed confusion and frustration, the representative - named Joy - abruptly ended the chat. I was beyond disappointed.

Frankly, I think it's ridiculous that a company could treat a customer so poorly. When I make online purchases, I expect quality service and open communication. Unfortunately, Lajerrio did not live up to these expectations. I won't be doing business with them again and I would strongly caution anyone else considering using their services.

Lajerrio Disappointing experience with Lajerrio - fake ring received and poor customer service

I had an experience with Lajerrio and unfortunately it was not what I was expecting. I ordered a ring from their website and when it arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that it wasn't silver and looked fake. I thought that I might have received the wrong product, so I contacted their customer service team in the hopes that they could rectify the situation.

I explained my situation to their representatives and requested a full refund, as I was not satisfied with the product. I received an email from them two days ago, but since then I have not heard anything back from them despite sending pictures that they requested multiple times. I'm still waiting to receive a return label so that I can send the ring back and get my money back.

Overall, I am incredibly unsatisfied with the service I received from Lajerrio. I feel like they have defrauded me by selling me a fake, non-realistic looking ring for a lot of money. I'm disappointed that I have not yet received any resolution to this issue and am left feeling frustrated about my experience with this company. I would advise anyone interested in purchasing jewelry from Lajerrio to be wary of their products and read reviews before doing so.

Lajerrio Lajerrio Review: Disappointing Product, Hassle for Refund, Poor Customer Service and Lost Package

My experience with Lajerrio was quite disappointing. I had ordered 2 rings from their website, both of which turned out to be extremely small. Naturally, I was quite displeased with my purchase and decided to return the rings for a refund. Getting a return authorization was quite a hassle and it took several attempts before I finally got one. Once I did, I followed all the instructions provided by Lajerrio to send the rings back for a refund.

I sent the package back on 10/12/2020, at a cost of $53.45. However, much to my dismay, the package was held up in customs for several months and eventually returned to me in April of 2021 in a shoddy condition. What's worse is that there was no explanation provided as to why it was returned. Despite multiple attempts at reaching out to Lajerrio, I have not received any response to date.

To make matters worse, their customer service is virtually non-existent. The link provided for customer service doesn't lead anywhere, which is quite disappointing. All in all, my experience with Lajerrio has been quite frustrating and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Lajerrio My Lajerrio Ring Review: Stunning Design, High Quality, Great Value with One Minor Issue

I recently purchased a stunning ring from Lajerrio, which I had my eye on for a while. While I was initially thrilled with my purchase overall, I do have one small complaint. After wearing the ring for a couple of years, I noticed that one of the top tiers had become slightly bent, and some of the tiny sapphires in the band had fallen out. Upon reflection, I suspect this may have happened during the sizing process, rather than being a quality issue with the ring itself. However, because the imperfections are hardly noticeable from a distance, I still wear the ring every day and absolutely adore it. In fact, I love it so much that I decided to order another ring from Lajerrio. Although I am hoping that this one won't have any similar issues, I am confident that the high level of quality and accuracy in sizing that I experienced the first time around will be consistent. Overall, I have found Lajerrio's prices to be very reasonable, given the excellent craftsmanship and materials used. Lajerrio Nightmare Experience with Lajerrio.com: Poor Quality, Exorbitant Shipping Costs, and No Refund

My experience with Lajerrio.com was nothing short of a nightmare. I couldn't wait to receive my purchase, but it took so long to arrive that I began to worry. When it finally did show up, it was clear that something wasn't right. The item was far too large and the fit was incredibly uncomfortable. It was also evident that the quality was very poor.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I contacted customer service and was initially hopeful. They asked for a photo of the item and provided instructions for returning it. I followed their instructions to the letter, including sending them a photo of the USPS tracking number, just as they had requested.

Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. The cost of return shipping was exorbitant, totaling an additional $28.00 above and beyond what I had already spent. Despite my efforts and their very specific instructions, I received no refund or explanation for what had happened.

Months went by and I eventually received my item back, but it was of no use to me. The sizing issue remained, and the quality was still far from satisfactory. The entire experience was not only frustrating, but felt almost criminal in nature.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Lajerrio.com at all costs. Their products are not worth the hassle, the time or the expense. I regret ever doing business with them, and hope that others can learn from my mistake.

Lajerrio Lajerrio: A Disappointing Experience - My Review

When I decided to order a silver ring and earrings from Lajerrio (lajerrio.com) on 23rd April 2020, I was very excited about receiving them. However, the experience I faced with this online jewelry brand was not pleasing at all. It has now been almost 6 months since my order, and I have still not received my items.

Initially, I was told that their computer system was down, and they could not send me a confirmation of shipment. However, they provided me with a tracking number, which showed that my package was in transit since 18th May 2020. By the middle of June, I had no updates regarding the package's whereabouts, despite following up with Lajerrio's customer service multiple times.

Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I demanded a refund, but Lajerrio refused, stating that the package had already been shipped. Although it did take over a month to receive my order, I consider myself lucky to have finally received it. Sadly, after only two weeks of wearing my beautiful ring, a stone fell out. Even then, I was completely ignored when I asked for a repair instead of a replacement. While the rings are stunning to behold, they are not suitable for everyday wear as they lack durability. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Lajerrio to avoid wasting your time, money, and the inevitable frustration that may follow.

Lajerrio Lajerrio.com Review: Frustrating Experience with Lack of Honesty and Transparency

My experience with Lajerrio.com was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After placing my order in mid-January and paying for express shipping, I waited several weeks only to receive a refund and be told to re-purchase my item. I placed my order again, only to find that the discount I had initially received was annulled and I was sent on a wild goose chase with DHL and FedEx tracking numbers that proved to be invalid.

Throughout the ordeal, I received a number of "im sorry" emails that offered no real solutions, and excuses about their system being broken. After eight long weeks, I am still waiting for my item with no real end in sight.

My biggest issue with Lajerrio.com is their lack of honesty and transparency. It's frustrating to see them continue to advertise and take on more orders when they clearly cannot handle the volume they already have. I would have been much more understanding if they were honest about their capacity and communicated more effectively about delays and issues. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from Lajerrio.com based on my experience.

Lajerrio Disappointed with Lajerrio: Poor Customer Service and Hidden Costs

As a customer, I was rather disappointed with my experience with Lajerrio. I had ordered a set of rings, but to my dismay, it took over a month to arrive. When I received it, I realized that I had originally ordered an 8.5 but the website's sizing chart suggested a 10.5. I promptly reached out to their customer service team to make the adjustment, but they deemed my request as a "specialty ring."

Although I was unsatisfied with their response, I still attempted to return the item for a full refund. However, I was met with further disappointment when they said that the shipping cost for the return would be almost as much as the initial purchase price! This felt like an unfair burden to bear as a customer who was simply attempting to make things right.

Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that there was no indication on their website that they were located in Hong-Kong. This knowledge would have informed my purchasing decision, and I feel misled that this information was not disclosed upfront.

Overall, my experience with Lajerrio has left me feeling unimpressed, and I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone else.
