I was super scared to buy an engagement ring online, but after I learned about natural diamonds, pricing, and had a terrible experience at a diamond store, I decided to go for a conflict-free stone that would look like a real diamond. I even had nightmares about the ring I would get from Agape being fake and too big. But boy, was I wrong! This ring is amazing! It's so beautiful and perfect! I don't regret my decision at all and I wish I had just gone straight to Agape instead of wasting so much time. I hope I don't sound like I work for them or anything...lol. The only thing I wish is that they would tell us what their special fake diamond is made of. But other than that, I am beyond happy!

I purchase a beautiful diamond ring from their website. It came with stunning earrings. Unfortunately once it arrived I had a change of heart on the style and requested a return. They sent me a return label and instructions on the return. The instructions were clear for the most part. I was to return the ring and its original packaging with the security tag still attached and they would refund. They was able to ship back at no charge and they refunded my money promptly! That you should my return authorization very quickly, and from them receiving the ring to them processing the full refund only took a day or two. This was a very easy company to do business with, especially with such a high dollar item. I would gladly purchase from them again!

NO INTEGRITY with this company! They have "cameras" that video returns! Lol...seriously? Anyone can open a package, replace it and video it being reopened! Fools! May 29th. I purchased 1.0 career earrings. They quality was not anywhere near the reviews. $595 and they were glass. I had them in my possession for one hour . Sept $20 and shipped them back with extra insurance. Agape will not refund them because I tried them on. I am completely dissatisfied with the quality . I believe the customer should be 100 % satisfied . Now I’m stuck with $595 earrings that are worth $30. Do not purchase

I received an item that I never ordered. Never even heard of this company. I found a fraudulent charge on my credit card statement from this company for $588.00. The date on the statement was 6/20. I reported it to the credit card company. They have issued me a new card. Today, (6/29) I received a package via FedEx with a pair of earrings. The order # is XXXXXXXXX. I did not order them. I do not want them. I sent an email to Agape Diamonds explaining that I never placed an order with them and that I would be returning them. I asked them to let me know if the address on the packing slip was where I should return them. I got an email with a link to open an account. I did not and will not click on that link. So far I have not gotten an email telling me the correct address to return the item. After receiving this package, I called my credit card company explaining what happened and that I was going to return the item. I wanted them to be aware of what was happening. Could you please advise. Thank you.

The diamond ring I received was not as described. I was unhappy with ring. I returned the product now the company is refusing to give a full refund. I purchased a ring from Agape Jewelry on 9/13 as a 22nd anniversary gift for my wife. After receiving the ring, I noticed the quality was not what I expected. I returned the ring. The company is now refusing to give me a full refund and only offering merchandise credit. I advised the company that a merchandise credit is not acceptable as I am unhappy with the quality of the jewelry. I purchased a pair of 1.5 ct round diamond stud earrings for $549.15 from Agape on 12-10-2019 and received them on 12-12-2019 via FedEx and open the box and when I saw them I immediately called the company to ask if they were real and the customer service lady said NO they are fake man made and I told her that I didn't want them and I was sending them back for a full refund and she gave me a RA #XXXX-XXXX and I sent them back in the original pkg unworn with tags intact the same day 4 hrs later via UPS Next day costing me $63 dollars and it was delivered 12/13 signed by Gallagher. On Tuesday I got an email from the company stating that I wasn't due a refund becuz the return policy was violated which is a total lie. I am a senior citizen and I don't have $549.15 to let a fraudulent company take my hard earned money when I followed their return policy to the letter and I think they should refund money and shipping cost of $63.00. I would have never bought these if I had known they were fake and they would play games with customers who return product for refunds and their website doesn't clearly stated the diamonds are not real and are fake man made. I have all my receipts and bank statement and correspondence and shipping documents from UPS. I am also going to contact the FTC and file a formal complaint and have contacted my USAA bank to report them for fraud and unfair business practices and the Consumer Protection Agency about this company.

I MADE A PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY FOR EARRINGS AT THE END OF DECEMBER, THE EARRINGS WERE NEVER RECEIVED The order number is XXXXXXXXX. I have been trying to get someone to investigate this as the box with the earring I received was empty but no one will take responsbility. I am being charged 600.00 which is now affecting my credit for an unpaid loan of an item I never received and am being given the run around as you can see below. I filed a claim with fed ex and fed ex said agape has to file a claim and they said no so I never received my item and Im still being charged for the loan through affirm. Please help. False advertising (bait and switch) Agape's html reads, *** when on their education page they list they sell simulated diamonds. Synthetic diamonds and simulated diamonds are not the same things. According to several local jewelers, the strict definition of synthetic is diamonds is they are laboratory-grown diamonds, laboratory-created diamonds, cultured diamonds, or cultivated diamonds. They have the same properties as a real diamond albeit grown by Mother Nature. Simulated diamonds, on the other hand, do not have the same properties and only simulate a diamond's appearance. These are cubic zircons and moissanites, Only when the customer clicks on their education tab or researches further does it explain the difference. So, as you can clearly see, Agape gives a false first impression of their product via their web address. Agape's html address misleads customers to believe they sell synthetic diamonds. What Agape is doing is called bait and switch. The html address is the first impression of the sale as stated before. I am uploading a screen print of the web address for the BBBs' records. My spouse and I almost purchased a ring from Agape. Fortunately, we didn't because we read their ComplaintsBoard.com complaints, how their ComplaintsBoard.com reps responded to the complaints, and we then completed further research based on customer statements. I am flabbergasted that the company responded to complaints saying they never mislead customers on how the diamonds were created when it clearly shows the company has implied laboratory created in their html address. In addition, they have further asked the ComplaintsBoard.com to remove the customer complaints. No one in their right mind would do business with a company that operates this way, especially when a potential customer reads a complaint that states the company says their creation process is patented and proprietary and their simulated diamonds are not cubic. And, when the complaining customer took them to be appraised the jeweler stated it was cz and the company refused to return the item. Disgusting business practice. I am asking that the ComplaintsBoard.com thoroughly review this complaint. I am also filing a complaint with the sttate attorney general.

It is simply not acceptable that this company is allowed to mislead people with Semantics!. Simulated is easily equated to "lab made" inAgape's pitch! Agape diamonds is incredibly deceitful in the way they present their products. I am a frequent buyer online and not easily fooled. Agape diamonds leaves no question in the buyers mind that they are getting a lab made diamond. CubicZirconium is Never mentioned anywhere in their sales pitch so there's no reason to think that you would ever receive one. Their whole ad consist of talking up the environmentall Conscientiousness of purchasing a lab made diamond as opposed to one that requires mining and environmental disruption. They completely lead you down the path of wanting to buy a lab made diamond by explaining that it is just as hard and just as beautiful and very difficult to distinguish from a real diamond. So the buyer is sold on all of this and purchases their product. Only to find out That they also sell cubic zirconium's and that is what you receive. How incredibly disappointing that is for the first time buyer of a lab and a diamond who thinks they are doing some thing responsible. Their whole ad is geared to make you feel confident that they are a good company and white to provoke the environmental cause while providing a beautiful product. If they had mentioned cubic zirconium even Once in their presentation I would not own one of their rings today. I went to have my ring size at a reputable jeweler and they instantly informed me that my Diamond was a cubic zirconium. This company is willfully and knowingly deceitful unless you are well-versed in the purchasing of lap made diamonds. It's hard for me to believe that any company in the U.S. can still operate this way and get away with it. I liked the ring so much in its design that I will be going to a much more reputable company to purchase an environmentally responsible lab made diamond to replace the essentially worthless one they sold me. Money is NOT the issue for me... so I'm not looking for a refund. I just wish changes could be made so this company is not allowed to be so deceitful. I will spread the word of how awful they are and I will purchase my lab made diamond boots on the ground! That means in person at a reputable dealer!

Their website says FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED, YOU CAN RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY ORDER WITHIN (30) DAYS . They lied. Also the return policy clearly states "returned in original packaging" This item include a tag that clearly stated "If tag is removed, NON-REFUNDABLE" in the original packaging, This item was received with no tag attached, no earring included, and very worn. The return instructions were NOT met and this item will NOT be accepted as a return. We package under security footage which reflects how the package is shipped, with all items above. Are return instructions are very clear and as a high ticket jewelry item if these instructions were not met, a return will not be authorized. This is an illusory warranty at best- and most likely fraud in the inducement. You are lulling your customers into believing they can purchase your items without fear and that is not true. Your expectation is that your customer wear the ring for 30 days WITH THE TAG ON? This is ridiculous and serves no purpose. Put another tag on when it is returned. Get another box. You will not be able to reuse this ring anyway because the diamonds are of poor quality. She did not change her mind upon seeing it- they are defective. Ms *** realized she did not include the earrings with her return. She will do so immediately. The stones in the ring are not of " the highest standards of quality and excellence in craftsmanship" and she is demanding a full refund. Please respond or provide the name of your corporate lawyer so that I am able to discuss this in more detail.
