They are selling non hallmarked gold as hallmarked gold. Once you receive the jewelry and see it is not hallmarked as claimed by customer service, they are refusing to take the jewelry back. There is no customer service. There is no one ever who answers the phone. If they ever respond over whatsapp, they refuse to accept anything. They flat out refuse to take the jewelry back though website says 15 days return period. Run from them. Report them to the govt of india.

Hoping to save on shipping fees, my fianc?'s friend, who was visiting India at the same time, offered to pick up the ring from the store.

However, upon visiting a Kalyan Jewelers store, our friend discovered that they don't have the particular ring in stock, and that they don't provide online ordering with in-store pickups. Furthermore, they told her that once we buy a product online, we must ship it back to them for repairs or replacement, as they will not accept returns in-store. This was disappointing news, but our friend had a brilliant idea - she asked if they could make the ring for her instead, but they replied that they didn't have a mould for that particular design.

We believe that with such big names in the jewelry industry, they should be more attentive and accommodating to their customers' needs. The order amount was Rs. 52,784/- and my order got confirmed. However, on 24th August 2020, I received a mail stating that the weight was reduced by 1.69 gms, and I was to receive a refund of Rs. 10653/-. Fortunately, I received the refund on 4th September 2020.

Later, when I received the delivery of the chain on 6th September 2020, I found it to be very thin and decided to return it. I contacted their customer care and requested for a return. I was offered some other designs for exchange, but none of them pleased me. I was also frustrated with the time it took for the delivery, and it appeared to be one of the slowest deliveries.

Additionally, when they asked to deduct 10% of the total amount as per their policy, I was left with no other option than to return the product. When I requested for a refund, there was no response from their side. So, I am left to handle this issue legally, which is very unprofessional and has caused me undue harassment.
