On today, May 2, 2021, I reached out to Dominoes at [protected] at 9:25am/pst. Call taker, and address took down wrong.
I call Domino's to order a couple medium pizza's. In background I hear cussing, joking around about placing a pizza in oven. A female voice said forgot to put pizza in. Hmmm, the POS must be very confusing to some people. The male call taker asks a female if they had a BBQ chicken pizza, he thought there wasn't a pizza like that. He voiced his frustrations. "I hate working here", and I quote. The driver called said he was at a wrong address, also said he had a gun pointed at him. I was trying to have a fun week, at Wild horse Casino. the last 3 times i have tried to place an order on the app i have been called back by the store and told, they are out of drivers and or to busy or are booked for the night on orders once on the weekend at 8:30 pm and i believe your store hours are pretty late i believe this is becoming a bad habit that needs to be rectified store on 3220 S. Sandwiches
Ordered a Chicken Parm sandwich, Basically sent me bread with sauce, not even close to what is advertised on TV. Also ordered pizza with extra cheese, basically was sent dough with sauce. This Dominos get worse and worse every time I order. They just opened a new location by me and this one is ten times worse than the old one. I'm done with ordering from Dominos, kids love it but it's trash.

I asked for large extra cheese with 1/2 of it pineapple and ham. I pick up my pizza and 1/3 of it is extra cheese and 2/3 extra cheese. It wasn't even a circle pizza. It just isn't how all the other Dominos do there's. I'm very disappointed in this and would have never let it out of my store. Remember take a picture and share. Well would you share this?!! Please just train employees properly and stop rushing on Fridays.

I ordered a pizza for my daughter and mother n law because I was running late and could not get dinner to them. The app never confirmed the order. I tried 2 times.
Again the app never confirmed the order.
3 days later we found a pizza on the front porch. I paid top dollar and delivery tip for this through the app. I called corporate. They have dropped the ball 2 times and the local store wong help. Completely disgusted.
Order was made8/16/20.
I called the following week when we found the order. I forgot about it waiting for them to call me back.

I placed an order totaling 45.00 on March 17th. I keep up with the status online. While it was in quality check, the manager called me and said because it was raining out and the roads were flooded my order could not be delivered and then asked me if I could come and pick it up, I said no, I didn't have our car today. He then said do you want me to cancel the order, I said yes. No mention of refunding my money. I will not be ordering from them ever again. Thank you.
