Total Cci wrong for taking people money n won’t refund it back like how

I don’t care if the room was canceled why are y’all over charging n taking a penalty like that y’all need to stop ripping people outta they money this is so sad how y’all getting over Please do not book with cci cci so through another agency cci is a rip off n they lieing like they have to get in touch with the hotel for a penalty waiving they are lieing they all work together n straight scamming people account

Total cannot claim dischem points

Hi,

I did not have my dischem card with me this week when i filled up, but i took the slip and tried accessing where to claim on the "TotalEnergies Services" app, but i cannot find it on the app any longer. There is nothing under "good deals". Also, when i emailed a complaint, the email provided failed:

How do i claim my points when i cannot do so on the app any longer? And the customer service email does not work?

I have attached my slip for your information.

Desired outcome: I would like to know how i claim my points now and in future. What is the correct process?

Total Processing fee collected during application

I was applying for a job to your company, and my photos below is one of person assist me to process of papers, job orders, and forms. He asking me for a processing documentation fee of 4000 pesos and with to follow payments to settle for a work job permit. Is there somebody help me for this concern. We only have small source of income that's why i am applying for.

Total Total oil and gas company - fake job offer?

There are many and same fraud used name of TOTAL Co UK's also papers . All docs are very real and I saw Total..I sent $.1630 by WU, and unfortunately after 1 hour I checked from internet and I come to know that it is fake..İn my opinion TOTAL CO UK has to do something, at least their mail-id, IP is on the hand.
I got first mail from

Total Job Offer

I have recieved an email for a job offer from Total oil & Gas. They are referring to a travel agency which they are indicating to pay all travel costs through moneygram. In short it is all fake and Total should take precautions about it.

Total Fake Job Offering with a Interview in London - LinKedIn Job Posting

After apply for the job offer ID annonce [protected] - Project Manager Total Oil & Gas United Arab Emirates via LinkedIN, I recieved an e-mail from Total UK on June 2nd, 2016 with a Project Manager Job offering and the invitation to a presential meeting in London with three attached files with job description, letter of invitation and tavel information. The files has official Total logotype. The interview is booked on July 27th, 2016 and I dialed from Canada to Daniel Ohio, the Flicka Travel contact person informed in the message. I received another e-mail from Flicka Travel with more detailed travel instructions to do a MoneyGram in amount around 1968 USD.

Today I found this webpage with another similar complaints. I will contact LinkedIn to advise them for this issue and ask them to review the profil of Mrs. Monica Rodriguez since her name were used to assign the Total e-mail that I received.

I didn´t do the MoneyGram requested and didn´t share more than my personal contact information. This complaint record is only to alert another people about it.

2.1. Job Role
• Manage the project taking into account integration across all areas.

6.0. Safety and Security: Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and
Facilities on Job Locations and Communities are no small issue, and have been
seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations. All operations on Job
Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE)
Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector. All expatriates are entitled to a free
and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety
and environment experts. All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job
Locations e.g. Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as
applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector.
7.0. Medical Health Service and Insurance:
All expatriates shall be entitled to a comprehensive health care service, which are to
be administered by Medical Experts on Job locations through the company medical
facility. In a case of emergency situation, an expatriate will be flown to his home
country or any location suitable for the best medical attention. This decision can be
influenced by the findings of the Company's medical experts, unless the expatriate in
question states otherwise.
After three (3) months of service all expatriates will be entitled to a Health Service
Insurance Plan (HSIP) for their family. The Health Service Insurance Plan is designed
to cover only three (3) members of their family. The Health Service Insurance Plan
(HSIP) allowance can also be paid to the expatriates at the rate of £500.00 per
family member per month (£1500.00 per month) which can be transferred on
monthly basis without being subjected to tax.
8.0. Feeding and Accommodation: Accommodation shall be provided for all
expatriates in the company’s ultra-modern expatriate staff quarters. All cuisine
(Intercontinental/Continental) will be provided by the Company through the services
of a three star hotel. Choice of cuisine will be made by expatriates at all times.
9.0. Transportation: An official bus shall be provided on 24-hour daily basis to all
expatriate for local transportation. All expatriates will also be allocated a private
vehicle each. A round trip flight ticket to cover the span of your contract engagement
will be provided and delivered to you on the completion of your relevant travel
documents and immigration particulars.
10.0. Additional Services: Recreational/Sports Facilities shall be made available at
the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry
Cleaning Service will be made available to all expatriates by the company’s laundry
and dry cleaning unit.
11.0. Telecommunications and Internet Facilities: There are standard
telecommunication facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates,
and it shall be accessible to all personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or
expenses to be incurred. Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the
Local dealers/Service Providers, but must be used in accordance with the safety
regulations on Job Locations. Every expatriate is entitled to £100 per week as calling
card allowance.
12.0. Family Status arrangement: Family status arrangements can only be
applied for after at least three (3) months in employment, effective from the date
that employee arrive at job location. The application of family status arrangement
indicates that an expatriate will be entitled to a free visa and airfare for his wife or
spouse and two family members, which is to be provided by the Company through
the travelling agency/Consultant.
Expatriates who intend to travel with their wife/spouse and family members within
the first three (3) months of contract engagement will have the cost of visa and air
fare being borne by them without refund from Total oil and Gas Company.
13.0. Points to Note:
* Two wards of expatriates are entitled to Total Oil and Gas Company education
scholarship.
* A welcome party on arrival is designed to propagate a cordial relationship between
expatriates and firm as well as the organizational structure with respect to the
project scope.
*Interviews are also designed to ascertain claims of working experience. Should any
claim be found wanting the affected expatriate may be deported and such done in
conformity with the legal provision. Among reasons for interview on arrival is to
establish expatriates area of interest considering the work scope in order to facilitate
an efficient division of labor on Job Locations with respect to the organization
structure.
All wages and allowances will be converted to the equivalence of the currency of your
country of primary assignment.
*With respect to the expected timeline of work take-off, Total Oil and Gas Company
has mandated a reliable travel agency based on your choice of travel documentation
to ensure the processing of all travelling Document/immigration particulars.

This is an inside job within Total and the Company needs to find out who it is, since the Company's email address is being used (totalhr@recruitment-depart.com). People's names, mobile phones and CV are being stolen for malicious purposes. I hope the Company takes this serous and with the authorities as this is serious business in stealing peoples personal information and bridge of security and privacy!

Total Fake job offering with a interview in london - linkedin job posting

I recieved an e-mail from Total UK on April 12th, 2016 with a Project Manager Job offering and the invitation to a presential meeting in London with three attached files with job description, letter of invitation and tavel information. The files has official Total logotype. The interview is booked on May 30th, 2016 and I dialed from Brazil to Daniel Ohio, the Flicka Travel contact person informed in the message. I received another e-mail from Flicka Travel with more detailed travel instructions to do a MoneyGram in amount around 900 USD.

Today I found this webpage with another similar complaints. I will contact Mrs. Anne Rogers by LinkedIn Inmail in order to inform to her about this. Her name were used to assign the Total e-mail that I received. I will contact LinkedIn to advise them also.

I didn´t do the MoneyGram requested and didn´t share more than my personal contact information. This complaint record is only to alert another people about it.

Same like https://www.keynvormorlift.co.uk/, they have just changed a letter.

Company DME does not exist, Pamela Cooper does not exist.

I have checked at LinkedIn and nobody with Name Amanda Cooper from Zion is listed there. As well as nobody with the Name Daniel Grace is listed as a ASTA professional.

I went into de Zion webpage and send them a message to confirm if Ms. Amanda Cooper is actually working there and if the messages are true, Let's see what they will answer. Total Fake job offer

FAKE JOB OFFERS FOR TOTAL GAS TURKEY STARTED

Recently a job scam for TOTAL GAS TURKEY has begun.

Firstly a person with the name of ALI ELMASLI begins with the sentences like "we found your CV remarkable" and etc.

Then it sends you evaluation form and ask you to fill it and sends it back so management and HR team can assess your abilities and it tells you to be available by your provided contact and we will call in the next week.

After few weeks or even days it gets back to you and sends you an email containing AGREEMENT which is already signed by HR REGIONAL DIRECTOR MR.M.DOLSEN so you sign and return the form and within few hours it replies with work permit attached to the email and asks you to fill and send it to their representative immigration agent (MR.IBRAHIM FAISAL AHMED).

Finally the agent after receiving all your forms and supportive docs asks you money and tells you that we will return this money of flight tickets and visa etc when you reach here so when you send money to him (IF ONLY AND ONLY YOU ARE A FOOL!) he will vanish from the earth and you will never find him by his phone or email.

As of today (January 2016) the scam is active through the use of Total UK headed letters. Even announcements from "UK Border Agency" for payment of supposed immigration fees are used. Total Invitation for job interview in london / advance payment for flight tickets of flight tickets

On 20/1/2016 I have received invitation headed letter from [protected]@recruitment-depart.com for a job interview in London asking to arrange the flight tickets through the suggested travel agency ([protected]@outlook.com). Today I have arraged the payment via MoneyGram in favor of the indicated receiver (Karen Roy) however, upon request of further advance payments for supposed immigration fee in favor of the UK Border Agency (see pdf attachment) I have suspected something wrong and I have inquired through Google. Hence the present compliant. The amount of 1197 GBP has been paid today in London through MoneyGram transaction number [protected]. Of course this is not the fault of TOTAL, but just to say that the scammers are still at it when it comes to posting fake Linkedin job opportunities and replying pretending to arrange a job interview in UK. The only reason they keep doing this is because they keep stealing lots of money with this fraud. ARTICLE 1. EMPLOYMENT Acceptance of Employment Section 1.01. Employer hereby employs employee and employee hereby accepts employment with employer as PLANT & EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR. Employment Section 1.02.The employment period will commence from 5th May 2018 or as agreed, for duration of 60 months after which employment shall cease or be renewed for further 5 years or as to be mutually agreed.
ARTICLE 2. DUTIES OF EMPLOYEE Position, Description as PLANT & EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR with duties and functions as it applies to your position and any other duty that will bring positive change in Total E&P Qatar.
Time and Attention Section 2.02. Employee agrees to devote all of his time, attention and energy to the performance of employee's duties in pursuant to this agreement, and shall perform such duties to the best of employee's ability.

Adherence to Rules Section 2.03. Employee's at all times during the performance of this Agreement shall strictly adhere to and obey all the rules and regulations now in effect or as subsequently modified or enacted by employer, to govern the conduct of employees.
Satisfactory Performance of Duties Section 2.04. The employment shall continue only as long as the services rendered by employee are satisfactory to Employer, notwithstanding any other provision contained in this agreement. Employer shall be the judge as to whether the services of employee are satisfactory.
Obligations to Third Parties Section 2.05. Employee warrants and represents that employee has the ability to enter into this agreement, that entering into and performing under this Agreement will not violate Employee's agreement with any third party, and that there Exist no restrictions or obligations to any third parties which will restrict Employee's performance of duties under this Agreement
ARTICLE 3. REMUNERATION AND OTHER BENEFIT
(A) TOTAL E&P QATAR shall pay to employee the sum of $5, 400.00 (Five, Thousand, Four Hundred United States Dollars only) monthly basic salary, or equivalent depending on employee's home country and currency preference.
(b) TOTAL E&P QATAR shall pay employee for the services rendered under this agreement by cheque as the case may be presented on a monthly basis Quality single or family housing shall be provided by TOTAL E&P QATAR or in the alternative the sum of $2, 900.00 Dollars per month shall be paid to you as Housing Allowance.
(c) The sum of $2, 550.00 Dollars shall be paid to you for personal effects shipment and excess baggage allowance.
(d) TOTAL E&P QATAR shall provide you access to some of the finest social and recreational facilities in Qatar.

(e ) TOTAL E&P QATAR will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the terms of contract and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employer and family.
(f) The sum of $2, 380.00 Dollars per month shall be paid to you as Educational Assistance Benefit with family status contracts.
(g) A $2, 500.00 Dollars flat rate travel / entertainment allowance shall be paid by your employer for each international trip. Travel shall be by business / first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel / entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the period / time of employees. Travel ticket including that of employees’ family only on employees’ early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee. Employee shall also be entitled to maximum security including members of the state security service in housing community.

ARTICLE 4. MOVING EXPENSE The employee will be reimbursed (paid back) by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges: procurement of travel documents, immunization, work permit etc. Reimbursements shall be paid not more than fourteen (14) working days from submission of report / and receipt as proof of payments. The company has made this policy in order to avoid unnecessary financial losses caused by prospective employees because after paying for the employees’ work permits and employment visa, they cancel the employment offer due to the health reasons, family reasons, or a better offer from another company thereby, putting the company at loss.
ARTICLE 5.: HOURS/DAYS OF WORK 28/28 ROTATIONAL BASIS, Your normal hours/days of work will be as follows 28 days on and 28 days off Sunday – Thursday, 7.30am – 4.30pm inclusive of public holidays. You shall be required to work such additional hours at such times as are reasonably necessary for the performance of your duties and will be entitled to receive any additional remuneration for work performed outside your normal hours.

ARTICLE 6. JOB TITLE The job title does not define or limit the work which you are employed to do and you may be required to do any work within your capacity which your employer from time to time requires including transfer between departments and work for your employers subsidiary, holding and other associated companies.
ARTICLE 7. PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT: Your employment is to continue until terminated by notice or under your employer’s disciplinary procedures.
ARTICLE 8. MOBILIZATION: The first one (1) months’ salary shall be paid in advance before you embark on your journey to assume duty. This is to enable you settle all domestic needs before travel. All payment of salary after assumption of duty in Qatar can only be 75% paid into your foreign / offshore bank account to be provided by you with the remaining 25% paid locally in Qatar. This is in line with the Qatar Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws. Expatriate shall also be liable to pay 2% of salary as withholding tax to the relevant authority in Qatar.
ARTICLE 9. HOLIDAYS Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation of 4 weeks. Although vacations will be granted at times requested by Employee, Employer reserves the right to determine or approve the vacation time. Employee shall not be able to accrue any vacation time in any year until the vacation time for the period year has been fully used. You will be paid your usual remuneration on the usual dates of payment and shall be entitled to a separate holiday/vacation payment of the sum of $3, 400.00 Dollars.
ARTICLE 10. EFFECT OF TERMINATION ON COMPENSATION
Contract is subject to a probation period of 3 months, the probation period will be performance based, the contract will run to fullness only if mutually satisfied with performance and working environment. If mutually unsatisfied with working environments or working performance, we will give an additional equivalent of 3 months compensation pay. In the event of termination of employment, Employee shall be entitled to compensation accrued and earned prior to the date of termination including the date of termination, other than as may be provided herein to the Contrary. Employee shall be entitled to no further compensation following such date of termination.
ARTICLE 11 . EMPLOYER’S RECORD/TRADE SECRETS
a. All records of the accounts of employer, of any nature, whether existing at the time of employee's employment, procured through efforts of employee or obtained by employee's employment from any other source, and whether prepared by employee or otherwise, shall be the exclusive property of employer regardless of who actually purchased the original book, record or magnetic storage unit on which such information is recorded.
b. All such books and records shall be immediately returned to Employer by Employee on termination of employment, whether or not any dispute exists between Employer and Employee at, regarding and/or following the termination of employment.
c. During the term of employment under this Agreement, Employee will have access to and become acquainted with various trade secrets, consisting of formulas, programs, patterns, devices, inventions, processes, compilation of data and information, records, and specifications, all of which are owned by Employer.
d. All files, records, documents, drawings, specifications, programs, equipment and similar items relating to the business of Employer, whether they are prepared by Employer or by Employee, or come into Employee's possession in any other way and whether or not they contain or constitute trade secrets owned by Employer, are and shall remain exclusive property of Employer and shall not be removed from the premises of Employer under any circumstances whatsoever without the prior written consent of Employer .
e. Employee promises and agrees that Employee shall not misuse, misappropriate, give, sell, furnish nor disclose, whether for consideration or for no consideration, and whether or not during or following his/her employment with Employer, or at any other time thereafter, any trade secrets described herein, directly or indirectly or use them in any way or manner, for his/her own benefit or the benefit of others, except as required in the course or scope of Employee's employment with Employer. Employee agrees and promises not to make known to other person, firm, or corporation, the names, addresses or any other information of any of Employer's customers or vendors, or call on, solicit, or take away any of the customers of Employee called on or with whom Employee became acquainted with during his or her employment herein.
f. Employee agrees that the use or dissemination of any trade secrets as described above, whether by Employee or by any other person or entity, constitutes unfair trade practices. Employee agrees not to employ unfair trade practices whether during the time of his employment or anytime thereafter.

ARTICLE 12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Any notices to be given by either party to the other may be effected either by personal delivery in writing or by mail, registered and certified, postage prepaid with return receipt requested. Mailed notices shall be addressed to the parties at their last known addresses as appearing on the books of the employer.
ARTICLE 13.DISABILITY
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than four weeks, the compensation otherwise due during said illness or incapacity will be reduced by 20 percent. The Employee’s full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over three months, the company may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Company's obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

ARTICLE 14. RETIREMENT, SAVINGS AND INSURANCE PLANS
Depending on the specific payroll, the employee receives either a company funded retirement plan, a company matched savings plan and a range of insurance plan options, or an annual cash payment equal to 17% - 19% of annual base salary that allows the employee flexibility to make his own insurance and saving decisions, in addition to specific benefits provided by TOTAL E&P QATAR.
ARTICLE 1 5.TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Without cause, the TOTAL E&P QATAR may terminate this agreement at any time upon 30 days' written notice to the Employee. If the Company Requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, the Company will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance of $125, 000.00 Dollars. Also without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 30 days' written notice to the Company. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement, the company may terminate the Employee's employment upon 30 days' notice to the Employee should any of the following events occur;
(a) The sale of substantially all of the Company's assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers;
(b) The Company's decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;
(c) The merger or consolidation of the Company with another company.
(d) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.

ARTICLE 16. JOB LOCATION
Job location will be at TOTAL E&P QATAR, the contract shall be a full-time contract; this is with effect from 5th May 2018 when the employee / expatriate assumes duty in Qatar.
ARTICLE 17. LAW GOVERNING AGREEMENT This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
