Domino's Pizza

I have been dealing with the Dominos location at 502 Williamsport Pike in Martinsburg, WV for many years. Lately the level of service has declined significantly. I understand the problems with covid and such and don't expect miracles. Just recently I had an order that took over 2 hours to be delivered. I did not complain but received an email apologizing and included a coupon either for a free pizza or 20% off anything on the menu. I have tried using the promo code online and it will not work. When I called the manager told the person on the phone that the best he could do was let me use a coupn that they couldn't enter promo codes manually. If they don't want to honor the code they gave me just say so and I can get my pizza and chicken elsewhere.
