Managers here violate conduct policies, by refusing customer service, refuse to help cashiers. The store manager Jessica Mejia refuses to open register for 9 months as corporate tolerates this manager to break violations weekly. They give her excuses and ignore all of her violations as corporate tolerates the manager to disrespect and refuse to teach and help out. This manager tolerates employees that argue, swear, throw bags at kids all while making jokes about employee. Manager has to be told what to do, has to have corporate tell her do this not do that. Refusing to write up or terminate constant violations broken by store manager. Managers do not need to help cashiers, customers, they just text, hide, lie everyday here. Corporate gives manager 10000 chances, knowing that this manager knows what she is doing and does it anyhow. Breaking violations as she accepts exchanges without receipts and damaged broken items every time. She is too scared to say no to damaged no receipt exchanges. Who cares. Managers violate policies, have to be told to follow rules after 13 years of being manager. Still has to be told what to do. Manager continues to refuse opening register, so cashier cannot call for back up, since only one cashier working. Manager continues to disobey policies, corporate ignores all her violations and excuse them all as this manager does whatever she likes and can never be written up for refusing customer service daily, lying to corporate. She continues to hide and make excuses.

This manager Jessica Mejia discriminates without care, refuses to be honest and very discrimination towards own employees here.

DM is just as guilty as managers breaking violations of conduct policies that have no jse! DM has to tell their manager to work, to manage, to talk more, to help! All while managers failed multiple times and continue to have violations excused and ignored as cm obviously lies as they make up excuses for strangers they do not know as they do not work here! Just keep managers in line! Just continue to allow managers to be told what to do because managers here too lazy and ignorant to do things themselves! Manager at night complains but never runs register, only ringing up customers for 10 minutes when cashier is on break! Is not helping because they too busy meeting their 10000 box quota per day or else this manager daina will not be terminated! But daina will complain about it as nothing has ever happened to her! Cm does not give a squirted piss about bullying and managers behaviors and excuses! No need to have daina take 20+ smoke breaks for no reason, then take multiple meals and have regular customers "feel sorry for her everyday!" As daina [censored]s around just like jessica!

This is what going on daily events here, daina opens register when she gives "break" to cashier, pulls out her till soon as next shift employee clocks in! Register 3 is never touched but working condition! Daina too dumb to put till in register 3, leave it there, so now next shift cashier has backup help if ever!

Too complicated for daina to comprehend this solution! Why have a manager whose been here over 10 years still "not know if register 3 works?"? Mother [censored]ers! Mother [censored]ers! Use your god damn [censored]ing god [censored]ing brain! [censored]ing [censored]s! Mother [censored]ers!

Terrible management, horrible managers, unprofessional managers, children work here and owned as "manager"! All violations and conduct zero rule must be broken continuously and ignored forever as excuses and lies and manipulation and lawsuits from employees suing company prevail! At here!

Managers can put in register till when they feel like it. They clock in, then wait until they give cashier break then put in till. Then take out till soon as next shift cashier clocks in so again back to just 1 cashier per shift. Managers very unwilling to use all registers, have to cave the DM alert them to "watch and correct behaviors". Never written up after violating policies, never terminated for unfair treatment, zero tolerance policies broken multiple times by each manager here! The DM excuses violations and ignored concerns as they refuse to write up managers and just excuses their violations commited! 11 years of violations broken! Managers continue same behaviors and worse, just more excuses and ignored write up terminations, make excuses and managers continue and repeatedly forever here! Nobody gives a piss! Managers never ring up customers, the DM has to tell manager to open register and help! The manager refused for over 11 months before, now all a sudden manager puts in register till! After being told by DM to do this! Manager still refuses customer service! Look at how many customers they ring up every day and there's your god damn answer! Every shift has customer count as cashier counts out their till! Understand what the procedures are [censored]! Managers can open register, but they refuse and turn away customers already at their register because they refuse customer service without cares!

How does DM corporate not understand as mostly don't give a piss about managers and employees behaviors here!

Managers open tills, but they continue to turn away customers as they lie to them intentionally and play "kiss [censored], teachers pet to DM"! just so they won't be terminated from a job these managers complain about and talk about " wanting to quit"! Every day! Mother [censored] you all too!
