To Whom It May Concern: 4/17/24 I had a bad experience this morning around 9:16 a.m. with one of you all's sale associates. I purchased a couple of eyeliners from the Dollar Tree in Hammond, La the product irritated my eye, so I packed it up and attempted to return it to the Dollar Tree in Tickfaw, La I also misplaced my receipt. The sales associate Ms. Sarah, was on her cell phone and I assume didn't want to assist me. I explained that I need to return this product due to it irritated my eyes, I just want to exchange it for something else please. "She said no you already opened it and I can't take it back or exchange it without a receipt. Well, I said I'll look for something else. As, I proceeded to walk away she said" leave the bag with me.."I responded" I'm not going to take anything."she responded" put that bag in your purse or something." I was highly offended. I called back to the store and asked to speak with the manager. Ms. Sarah said I'm the manager I proceeded to tell her how rude she was and I feel she is Prejudice against me... she responded I'm not prejudice I'm just following the rules. I told her I called Ponchatoula Dollar Tree and they was sooo, nice and willing to exchange the product no receipt, no hassle. I also told her I was going to report her rude attitude to corporate. Claimed loss: Loss unnecessary gas having to drive an additional 16 miles to return the product when Ms. Sarah could have taken care of the minute issue.She decided to make a big issue out of it.
