Dollar Tree review: Aggressive cashiers

I go to this dollar tree quite frequently with my service dogs they are alwas greeted by cashiers never a problem howeverI went to Dollar Tree on the evenin g of 014/19/2024-around 7:30 I would guesstimate I was at the register somewhere around 8 (I am reviewing my Target receipt for time as I went there directly after)

The cashier who in describing has an eye problem not being disrespectful just describing the individual she was what appeared to be cross eyed,definitely lesbian she stated she was the manager when I asked for one below is a description of what took place

As I arrived to the check out I wasn't greeted I wasn't asked anything it was apparent she was not having a good night she began very abruply snatching items and scanning them she snatched one and it began to go over the counter she very aggressively reached over to grab my dog snapped at her (it's a 10 pound minpin) It didn't bite her, it was a warnning that she was too close I immediatley apologize and she very derrogatorily said "he shouldn't be in her" I said it is not a he it is a she, she then stated, "I don't care what the hell it is, it doens't belong in here" I said "for the last time it is a she" she then stated "I dont' ever want to see it in here again" emphasisizing it, I told her my dog goes everywhere and has been in this store multiple times with no issues well her friend that was in line behind me decided to chime in and take the cashiers side, I felt very threatened as I had 2 people being disrepectufl towards one would say something the other would coincide and elaborate i told both of them "shut the eff up" she pushed my dogs bowl to the back sort of on her side of the register I asked her nicely I said I need my dogs bowl in a bag please" she tossed the bowl at me so disrespectufl, and her friend behind me, it will be a heavy set woman with a big mouth in the video footage, told her friend just dont serve her I wouldn't you know you don't have too and the cashier after scanning what pbobably totaled over 75.00 at that point and still had a few items to scan told me you kow what I am not serving you, snatched the bag I was getting off of the counter, and starts to refund it I told her to call the cops and get me a real manager, I began nicely taking things out of the cart placing htem on the counter until the big mouth woman and the cashier kept on being very disrepctuf to me finally i took the last back that was on the bottom of the car and threw it on the floor as why would I continue to be respectful when I was being met with hostility and derogatory comments, then after all items unloaded I am pushing the door open with the cart, the fat lady said something and the cashier laughed I turned around and said I will see to it you lose your job you have no business in customer srvice, all of a sudden a casher from the opposite end STOPS HELPING A CUSTOMER to chase after me and tell me to get the hell out of the store and blah blah that young lady could have gotten hurt that night by her acton she stops helping acustomer to come at me in a threatening manner and raising her hand pointing yelling 10 years ago she would have gotten knocked out Instead I told she stfu and go help her customer there was NO REASON to refuse me my order after I stood there for 20 minutes enduring verbal abuse from both the gay casher that seemed to be great friends with the big mouth behind me because they made the comment dont' worry i will be your witness.. witness to what the verbal and even physical(tossing an item at a customer is physcal assault) I am actually looking into pressing charges on the individual who tossed the item at me because it hit my arm, as well as the young lady with should length mosey brown hair with bangs I blieve I am not certain very plain young lady who if you watch the video you can CLEARLY see I AM ON MY WAY OUT OF THE STORE why would she STOP helping a customer to get involved and play billy bad [censored] is beyond me but it was unprofessional and very threatening to me and very inconsiderate of the individual she was checking out there was NO REASON nothing got violent with the self procolaimed manager she never came out from behind her register so why did this other indicidual it can all be seen on video I was clearly leaving the store when she attemped a sad ambush on me. this was a HUGE waste of my time to stand there whuie she checked out items until she tossed a bowl at me and that is when it got really bad you dont' lay hands on, toss anything or encourage other patrons to verbally abuse acustomer and then tell them to leave withut their items the store took a loss and may take a bigger one as I am prepared to hire an attormey this was a gross misconduct and a gross attempt to scare a customer (speaking of the little girl with the mousey brown hair) I am not goting to let this go I will tkae this to the media if there arent serious sanctions for these individuals.
