I was worried about paying the final balloon payment of this dental loan on time. I couldn't figure out how to make a single payment online, I could only set up autopay. So I paid it off over the phone and I was told that the autopay would not occur. It did occur and $2835 was taken out of my account.

I called up and was told that a refund would take 30-45 days. I told them that this was unacceptable but three people then were extremely rude to me and then hung up on me. One finally said that I could potentially charge money at my dentist and zero out of the balance and then cancel the refund...

I happened to have a dental appointment that day so I did just that, but when I called back I was told that this "refund" which takes 30-45 cannot be canceled once the "process" begins.

So now, after all my efforts to zero out my balance with them, I will still have a balance. We should all group together and sue these people. Please write to me at danhalper@gmail.com and we can try to certify a class.
