Met a representative of Adjust Pro Solutions canvassing the neighborhood in July of 2023. Our roof is 16 years old and could be replaced. I live in a duplex and share a shingle roof with the neighbor. Because we own our solar this seemed like a one stop shop for the repair. We received several calls from their telemarketing department while out of town and they were not able to come to an agreement with the neighbor. Her insurance adjustor advised against using this company while my adjustor already wrote them a check in excess of 17k. So we were unable to reach an agreement and I cancelled the contract with John in November 2023. As of January 30, 2024 and several calls to the company I have not received a refund check. The contract states they are entitled to 30% and I am ok with that, but the refund would be great since I have already paid for a solar removal/reinstall and new roof. Buyer beware to do your do your research in which I didn't do. Work with a local company and not a third party like me.

They did a great job on my new roof and the insurance paid for it, minus the deductible.

Left me high and dry. They won't return emails from my insurance company or let me know what's going on.

Shady busines practices. They dont like to share what the insurance is actually paying out. Stay away at all costs.

Amazin experience gettin my hail damaged roof replaced. Didnt realize i could get my roof replaced by insurance, so i wasnt sure when they came and knocked on my door but im very happy with the service i got.

Amazin company! So, gratefull they showed up at my door and helped me get my roof that was damaged from hail replaced. I thought I was gonna have to pay for it myself which really wasnt an option. Great company and great customer service.

They ripped me off with my deductible.. a bunch of THIEVES! They have terrible call returns, no answer to emails or calls. Very horrible what they did. Not only to me but my grandmother and neighbors.. a bunch of crooks! Do NOT use them!

Roof damage? AdjustPro Solutions is the best choice. They took care of all the insurance things. I didn't have to worry about anything. They managed everything and now I have a completely replaced new roof. I'm really happy with the result.

I was really happy when AdjustPro Solutions came to my house. They are like superheroes in disguise. I really needed a new roof and they made it so easy with my insurance. They took care of everything and all I had to do was pay my deductible. They are definitely the best roofing company in Arizona.

I've been trying to cancel with AdjustPro Solutions LLC for more than 3 weeks now to get my insurance money back and a release letter sent to my insurance. However, they haven't responded to the certified letter I sent them about this. They promised to fix our roof in April, but it's already September. They've already cashed the check, but now they're not responding to my phone calls, texts, and emails.

Im so happy with the outcome but the road to get there was a little rocky. The main person who I dealt with, Shanan heard and understood my frustrations and was able to fix any issue that came up. The roofers themselves did an amazing job. They were super quick and efficient. I felt very bad for them though because they were sent the wrong color drip edge and had to redo an entire half of the house. I was inside for mostly all of it and didnt notice until that point. They fixed it and did a great job it looks amazing! Not only does it look great but they were able to work through my insurance and get it resolved that way!

My roof got damaged from the recent storms we got in the valley. My home insurance refused to cover the cost of any repairs, claiming that there was no damage because there were no leaks in the house. So, if I wanted a new roof, I would have to pay for it myself. Luckily, an AdjustPro representative knocked on my door a couple of days later and offered their services. I signed a contract with them, and they got my insurance to pay for a new roof. Overall, I'm very happy with AdjustPro Solutions. They answered all my questions and insisted that if I had any concerns, just to give them a call. This is a very professional company, and the people that worked on my roof did it in one day. They are very hard workers! I will recommend AdjustPro Solutions to family and friends.

This company came to our neighborhood and went door to door. We didn't want a new roof because ours is still new. But we listened to what they had to say. My husband told them we don't need any work right now, but to leave a number in case we change our minds. The guy started arguing with us and said he wouldn't give us a number because no one ever calls him. He also implied that we were dumb for not taking their offer. He sarcastically said we were making a great decision. He even assumed we were poor and said we didn't look like we had $15,000 lying around for a new roof. As he left, he mumbled and shook his head. We won't consider this company in the future because of how this employee treated us on our property and reacted when we said no.

I wanna share my experience with this process. So, someone came and asked me about my roof damage and they wanted to help me get a new roof replacement by only paying my deductible for insurance. I said okay and let the process happen. AdjustPro took charge and made the insurance claim and it's been like a miracle. I got a brand new roof and they even pushed the insurance company to give me a new AC unit on top of my roof (a big 5 ton unit). I definitely recommend giving this process a shot. As consumers, we often get the short end of the stick with claims. But this...hands down has been the best experience, and the people I worked with were so pleasant. I really appreciate all the work AdjustPro Solutions, Pro-Tec Contracting, Powerful AC company, and National First Response did for me. They took care of everything so respectfully and did an amazing job. Thank you will never be enough. This was truly awesome. Thank you so much. I give them 10 stars.

Dispute by (home owner) over removin solar panels during recent and future high heat, I asked in April 2022 that the panels be removed when the temps lower, then replace the roof. I have had two phone calls with two different employees of the company accusing me ignorance in the roof replacement, not removing the panels before the roof replacement and not returning my 500 dollar deductible it they don't do the work. The service of this company alone when speaking to them is disrespectful at its highest.

AdjustPro Solutions LLC made a contract with my partner, who ain't the owner of my crib or on my homeowner policy, and they took payment without my say-so for a claim I already filed. I told 'em their contract was bogus, and since my insurance sent the dough straight to them, I needed the moolah for the fixes sent to me. They eventually sent the cash, but they took a whopping 25% cut from the claim amount. I reached out to adjust pro many times, tellin' 'em I didn't wanna use their services, but they didn't bother takin' themselves off my claim.

I joined up with AdjustPro Solutions LLC for roof damage in October 2022, and they said they'd work with the insurance company to fix it ASAP. It's been two months now, and nothing's happened. It keeps raining, and water's getting into every room in the house. Adjust pro won't even pick up my calls to let me know when they'll fix the roof. You can't live in a house like this, it's just not right. They haven't even bothered to cover the leaking roof with anything while they sort out this problem.

This company came to me about helpin' me replace my roof through insurance. They opened a claim with insurance and had a roofer do the work once the claim got approved and I paid my $1000 deductible. The roof got replaced on 10/25/2022. However, the roofer didn't reinstall my *** system right when they finished. I called AdjustPro and told the coordinator that the *** system wasn't workin' after the roof work was done. She said she'd contact the right people and get back to me. I didn't hear back for over a week. I've called multiple times and left multiple messages with the coordinator. I haven't heard back. I called the main company number and talked to a receptionist who said they'd have the coordinator call me. She never called me. I've tried callin' the main number again and they ain't pickin' up that line either. They need to come fix the *** unit they didn't reinstall right.

Roof tile contract was started on 10/22. The work began and was finished between 12/28/29. AdjustPro Solutions LLC used their roofing company, Pro Tec Roofing. Pro Tec damaged the exterior wall stucco and paint along the roof lines and newly painted walls. Adjust Pro sent inspectors to review the damage and gather estimates. AdjustPro placed a claim with my *** Liberty Mutual for the damages they caused and received an additional payment of $4,200 to repair the work. After many texts and calls, they refused to fix the work. So, I asked them to refund the claim. I no longer trust or want them to repair the damage due to their inability to properly perform professional contract work. I have continued to text and call *** the contact person and *** with no response or refund. I am requesting a refund for the incomplete work and damages to my home paid by my insurance company and myself. I paid $1,700 for the roof as my deductible. The *** should be refunded. I am requesting a payment confirmation letter from Liberty Mutual for the additional charges.

A guy from AdjustPro Solutions LLC showed up at my door like a month ago and said they'd check my roof 'cause of the big wind storm. They said if there was damage, my insurance would cover the cost of a new roof and I'd just have to pay the deductible. I was cool with that, so the AdjustPro dude checked my roof and said it was messed up from the wind. I gave him my insurance info and policy details. Last week, an AdjustPro rep and someone from my insurance company came to my house to inspect the roof together. Today (10/1), a different AdjustPro rep came by and told me my insurance company is only paying around $4500 out of the $11,000 it'll cost to replace my roof. I wasn't happy about that 'cause I was told something else before. This guy named Raymond Keach from AdjustPro said they'd keep 25% of what my insurance pays if I don't go with them for the roof replacement. Basically, they lied to me and now they wanna keep money that I need to pay for the new roof 'cause I don't wanna deal with them anymore. I called their office and they said the same thing.

This is a complaint against AdjustPro Solutions LLC and possibly Pro Tek, as they may be part of the same company. I am also looking for information on any companies that can hold them accountable or take action against them if they fail to do the right thing. I am also interested in obtaining complete data about these companies, such as their owners, partners, etc., or how to find this information.

Our ceiling has been leaking since the end of June. Manny, who may be part of the company, has lied to us three times already about coming to our location. The same guy who went to a special store for special caulk slipped up and mentioned that he went to *** for caulk. He was supposed to be here at 8 am on 7/29, then at 1 pm, then at 2:30 pm. He showed up at 3:15 but said he couldn't do anything until they paid him. He did nothing and left at 3:20. Our ceiling is bubbling with water, discolored in a few places, and still leaking. We believe the entire insulation above is soaked, and we are afraid of mold. At the other end of the house, a bit of the ceiling is falling to the floor. My husband is very ill with cancer and the medication he is being treated with. I had *** neck/back surgery and am still having problems. No one should be treated the way these companies are treating us, especially considering our ages and health issues.

So now, someone is supposed to be here on 8/4 at 8 am to fix the problems. This also means removing the insulation, putting in new insulation, fixing the ceiling, installing new drywall on the ceiling, painting, stopping leaks, replacing any ruined wood, addressing mold issues, and so on. *** We have been somewhat lucky that our bed and TV have not been damaged so far.

In September , AdjustPro Solutions LLC came to my house and said I had roof damage. They talked to my insurance about it, and my insurance approved the claim. In October , someone from their company came to the house, took three pictures, and in November , a girl named Rheem came and asked me what color of shingles I wanted. After that, I never heard from them again. I called AdjustPro Solutions and texted the people they told me would handle my case, but I didn't get any response. I waited for four months and still didn't hear from them, so I contacted my insurance company and told them about the problem. I also mentioned that I wanted to use another company. My insurance company informed me that AdjustPro Solutions had cashed the check for $21,648.59 without my signature, but they assured me that it wouldn't be a problem to get the money sent to me so I could hire another company to do the work. On February 2nd, I emailed AdjustPro Solutions and told them that due to their lack of communication and customer service, I no longer wanted their services or to do business with them, and I asked them to return the money to me. They called me on the same day and told me that the person responsible for my case had been fired and my file had been deleted. That's why no one from the company contacted me about doing the job. I informed them that I had been working with multiple people, but no one ever returned my phone calls or text messages. I also mentioned that they had no problem cashing the check, and my decision was final. I didn't feel comfortable doing business with such an unorganized company. However, because I chose not to do business with them, they are now claiming that I broke the contract, and they want to take 25% of the insurance money, which amounts to $5,412.14. In reality, AdjustPro Solutions broke the contract with me as a client when they failed to return any phone calls or text messages and didn't do any work on my house after four months of waiting. They emailed me and tried to justify taking the money by saying they were still negotiating with my insurance company, but I contacted my insurance, and this is not true.

In August , we found out that AdjustPro Solutions filed a claim on our behalf with *** without our knowledge or permission. The claim was for a roof repair due to damage. My husband and I didn't authorize this or sign any contract with AdjustPro Solutions. When we contacted StateFarm to inquire about it, we discovered that a check for the approved damages was sent directly to AdjustPro Solutions on April 17, for $2,901.05. We then reached out to AdjustPro Solutions to question why they did this, and they claimed that we had signed a contract with them. We asked for proof of this signed contract because we didn't sign anything or receive any copies. *** then emailed us an alleged copy of the signed contract, and we immediately noticed that someone had forged my husband's signature and initials. We didn't authorize them or provide any insurance information. It's scary to think that they did this and somehow obtained our insurance information. After we requested the funds back, AdjustPro Solutions offered to repair our roof. However, this offer came after we contacted them about the contract and the check issued in April . AdjustPro Solutions submitted the claim to StateFarm on December 9, and the check was issued on April 17. I only became aware of this on August 12, and throughout this entire time, they never reached out to do any roof work. We asked for the funds back because we wanted nothing to do with this company after the issues they caused. After going back and forth, especially when they wanted to keep a percentage of the check for "canceling" our contract, they finally issued a check for the full amount of $2,901.05. Now that we're ready to repair our roof with a reliable company, we're being told that we can't file a claim for our roof because a claim was already filed and money was paid out on our behalf. We're also being told that we can't receive the depreciation funds for the roof repair.
