I also had been working with same company, I had also started with a Rs 8000/- stipend now they had hired me for decent salary with incentive benefits, everything will change if you have a good stuff.
Nowadays performance matters.

this is no 1 fraud company So don't joint there .There one girl is there .she is name santhoshi, she treat of every one ike animal .There is not given any offer letter, reliving letter, pay slip, nothing is there

vy systems is no1 Fraud company .i am ex employee the vyvsystem .they are not treat employee like in labour. In Managemen given salary is 8 thousand but work time is Morning 9 to Evening 8.30 Pm After 3 Moonth they are not allow working there .there is no salary increment, incentive. nothing is there so please dont joint vysystems at valasaravakkam

Such a waste company. ...called me on urgent basis for an interview n selected me for 2nd round n they told me to wait for some time now I will be getting call from their Singapore team...bt till nw no msg n even no response...nvr go for this waste company...

I too had been placed by the same company 3 months before, the transactions went smooth and vibrant, they even helped me to get a better CTC. the Recruiter who was interacting on the process is Elango and Dinesh.

I think so the above comments are valid. Because I received call on wed for an interview and they said that I am short listed for F2F interview with their client. And also they will me the email about the company details and venue. I did not received any email therefore I has called them 10 times in a day and only twice my call was picked by recruiter and she said that they will send it immediately.

After that they neither picked the call nor called me back. It should not be done with the candidate if his/her profile is not selected or selected they should tell them.

Now lets see if they can send me an email..if its fake then they will defiantly not going send any thing...

Its been intentionally posted by competitors or may be ex employees, I work with this company for the past 7 years, they don't take registration from candidates.

I had work in the company for years together... They have a company policy not to take fee from candidates. We have a clear contact system for highlighting any issues for anyone. The posting seem to have an intention to bring disrepute as nothing is relevant to our organization.

Might be the Former Employees of the company who want to disrepute the company reputation.

vy sysytems is fully no-1 fake company, and also they fraud the all persons. so beware of it...

i had two contract developer from vysystems for 6 months contract one had left in 1 month when we asked for replacement which they had promised was not given then you have to fill that postion from other recruitment agency... VERY BAD SERVICES
