We thought that we finally found the pergola covering that fit all the things we wanted for so long. Elchin Suleymanov came to our house, got measurements with another man who was the contractor. We were sent a beautiful 3D mockup of our back patio with all the different options within 24hrs. That was pretty impressive.
We were very nervous about the amount of money that it was going to cost, so we got him to go to 60% down instead of 70%! (Which was still over 20,000$!) I feel sick that were were scammed or lied to by Elchin, who seemed so professional. The San Jose company seems to be legit... I really just want the product we were promised! I'm so disgusted that we actually gave them so much money. I just really wanted it to be legit.
Claimed loss: Over 20 thousand dollars, the money for city permitting , the time and money it will take to sue them for our money back
Desired outcome: Refund of deposit, Elchin Suleymanov to explain why he told us our product was on the way

Pergoroof - I would like my 13,700 back
I purchased a roof system in October 3 2022 it was supposed to be a 14 to 16 week project. In February I started calling and the excuses began. I have waited almost 9 months and I turned them into the Washington attorney general, and when that happened my project manager Elchin suleymanov stop responding all together. This company is a scam and there’s more people that are going to through the same thing. Even though they say there BBB certified
They are not. They ask for 70 percent down and then they just start the lies. On BBB there’s some very angry customers. This place needs to be shut down or a class action lawsuit needs to be done.
