Boost Mobile / Boost Worldwide

On 2/12/16 I ordered a Galaxy 6s and paid $699.74. I called on 2/22/16 to see if the phone came in. I was told that it hadn't came in and that they didn't know when I would receive it, and that i cant get a refund and that I would just have to wait. I requested to speak to a manager and today is the 26th of February and I still haven't heard from anyone. So I called back again today and was told that they still have not received my phone and I still cant speak to a manager> I ordered my daughters phone the day after I ordered my online and she received her pone within 5 days. How is it I can order a phone online and get it quicker than ordering it from the actual store? I would not recommend anyone going to this store and ordering anything just do it online or go to another carrier! The worst store EVER!
