Choice Hotels International

We stayed in the Econolodge on March 2nd for one night . We selected them mainly because they advertised wifi and breakfast included. We got neither.
When we checked into the room it stunk . I had to go find someone to spray it .
The wifi in the room did not work at all . It was reported but never fixed. The phone in the room did not work at al . So every time there was a problem I had to go outside and to the front desk. The Tv was not programmed so we only got a few channels. I reported it but nothing was done . When we left at 8 am there was no breakfast, not even coffee or juice. We were told it was too early. Too early for breakfast ! Really ?
This is one of the worse motel stays we have ever had. I requested a full refund from the manager but she has ignored my request.
