To start things off, I ordered two Strut assemblies for my truck. Both arrived with the correct part # on the box. However both were not even close to being the correct part. When calling their Customer Service phone number, they asked me to try and retrofit these parts into my truck! After trying explain that these were not even close to fitting my truck, they wanted my to drive to the nearest FedEx location in order to ship them back; which is 30 miles round trip...in hind-sight I should have done this! After further complaints, FedEx did pick up the parts from my residence. However JC Whitney's warehouse lost one of the struts, so they have refused to refund half of my order. DO NOT purchase from this Company. They are a mess in every department!
