In October 2022 I ordered supernatural box set was told I'd have it within 10-18days it's now February 2023 and I still haven't received it have been in touch with them countless times to the point of refund which was requested on the 23rd of January and was told that it would be in my bank with in 7-10 working days and yet I'm still waiting in between I had made another order 11383 quantum leap when I did I thought they might actually come up with other order but no and now waiting for refund for both I sure learnt not to buy off them again and wonder why they still exist

Desired outcome: My money back

In regard to thedvdhut.com - the website seems legitimate, however I experienced the same problem as many other people. I purchased a Blu-ray box set, and over the past 2 months I've been advised by Vincent (via email) that the item has been shipped 3 times already, yet has never turned up. They don't provide any shipping details, although they do take your money. Do not trust this website. I foolishly tried something different to Amazon and eBay, just to save a few bucks, and it was not worth it. Buyer beware indeed.
