I ordered a Suzanne Somers Facial Toner System 5/1/10 money immediately debited from my account-never received item..
I began writing to locate item as never received anything. Toni Barber([protected]@hotmail.com) said Paypal held payment till 5/22/10 and would research @ Ms. Somers company.
I have had to continually hound this person to get relief-promised returned payment as of 7/16/10 & confirmed e-mail once money refunded-again nothing.
I feel I have have been scammed and will continue to attempt to get my refund through any legal process available
Suzanne Sommers clearly has no idea what her company does on her behalf - Scam Cancer Survivors which she apparently approves of. I cancelled all subscriptions to her company, had to have cards shut down and reissued because they continued to charge for a subscription that consumers don't know they are being added to. Ridiculous, don't order anything from her, ever! Don't order any Nayvi Skin Cream from any website either! She and her company are scam artists. What a shame, really liked her stance on cancer. Will go to her Facebook page if she has one next.
