I used the service a couple of times this summer and my money was stolen in transit and my details used to sign up for the banking service were also leaked. I've pasted a copy of the email correspondence with the company for your review.

Dear Margaret,

Thank you for your reply.

Please be informed that Simplex was notified by BAS (UAB BALTIC AMBER SOLUTIONS), a third-party banking software provider, that the personal data of Simplex customers had been compromised as a result of a cyber-attack. We do not hold information about the hacker, however. to the best of our knowledge, the personal data of Simplex customers was made public here: https://breached.to

We’d like to assure you that we take the situation very seriously and are focusing our efforts on coordinating with BAS while they perform a full forensic investigation.

Should you have any further questions, please reply to this email.

Dear Margaret,

Thank you for your reply.

Firstly, we are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing any of the mentioned problems and really hope that you will overcome this very soon.

Regarding your Simplex Banking account closure decision, please note that you can find more information under Section 9, Termination of Contractual Relations, in our GT&C's here: https://www.simplex.com/account/terms-of-use

Speaking about recent incident, to our knowledge, the information obtained by the hacker includes your name, surname, date of birth, your address, the country you live in, your citizenship, the type and number of the document you provided to verify your identity, your Simplex account number and the dates your account was opened and (where relevant) closed. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that no copies of documents or any passwords/ email addresses were leaked.

Since only the type and the number of the document, but not the actual copy of the document, was leaked, the number by itself could not directly result in identity theft. We recommend staying vigilant and following our previous recommendations from the initial communication, such as:

• be particularly cautious about emails that claim to be from financial institutions;

• be suspicious of unusual phone calls, particularly any that ask for personal information;

• scammers often seek to create a sense of urgency. Be wary of anyone that uses this tactic;

• monitor your other accounts and look for unusual events;

• do not click on links in a suspicious email. You will never be asked by our business for personal details or to verify account details unexpectedly;

• please make sure access to your digital resources is password protected and that you do not disclose your passwords to anyone.

We are extremely sorry that this situation has happened. Please rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to address it and are taking all appropriate steps to ensure that it does not occur in the future.

Should you have any further questions, please reply to this email.

All the best,

Fiona

And it seems tied to Ukraine war. I am all for praying for peace. Destroying me or helping me won't affect outcome.

There is obviously a deliberate cover up which is fine, but there is also someone no one wants me to talk to for some reason. I am also expected to lose weight and improve my appearance. I'm guessing not to embarrass someone. Help appreciated. But again it seems people are afraid to openly offer me help. There is a need to destroy everything about me for some reason. Job, reputation, appearance, personality, etc

Also, deliberate damage to my house that insurance refused to pay for because it was deliberate, and with 5 people ill in my family at the time, took me ten years to save up money while further damage was done.

And the university courses I do online, deliberately blocking access to readings etc, seems important to someone that I fail and to others who seem to tailor courses so I pass. And I won't bother with job trouble etc. It's been a hellish 20 years only now someone is helping me to overcome this. And again, I love mystery shows, and the helping hand is a mystery.

Interesting note. Ukraine war seems to pop up a lot including meeting a man by the name of Kalyana Bandara. Not sure if it was a fake name.

By gang stalking I mean a form of contrived situations by a community that seems to be some sort of shock therapy but in reality is terrifying and has included attempts to drive me into bankruptcy etc. It has included numerous home invasions, personal items being stolen and then returned, computers and phones continuously hacked, virtual rape, obscene messages etc online, stalking and harassment by numerous strange men and women. Recent online training class I attended included classmates who hummed songs and repeated snatches of conversations from within my private home. Could be a coincidence but happens too often for that. There appears to be a theatrical nature to the stalking like imaginary affair with spy that led to virtual rape of me undressing in my home. Other ones, like dead birds etc seem to imply a lost boys movie theme. Also church heavily involved. Seem to be obsessed with controlling me as well. This has been going on for over a decade. Not sure of source.

Dear Margaret,

Thank you for your reply.

Could you clarify - what do you mean by being "gang stalked", in which form it is happening?

Waiting for your answer.

All the best,

George

Hello Paul,

I find it interesting that while you can assure me that there is no UK connection you also cannot provide any details on my account closure. I think you can.

Just to clarify, I am currently being gang stalked. As well as local accents, there are a large number of British accents. It may be related to your release of my personal details.

Can you assure me that it is not?

Margaret

Checking the attached url seems to imply the UK is the problem. I am not a UK citizen although I am doing a few online courses there. Is that the problem?
