SecureHackers.com review: No work and no refund by the owner

I contacted securehackers.com on the 8th of June 2023. After discussing my requirements, they assured me that they could resolve my issue. I made the payment, and once they received the money, they said they would get back to me. However, that was the last message I received from them. When I asked them how much time it would take, my message was not delivered, and their profile photo on WhatsApp was also removed. It was clear that I was blocked, so I contacted them using my second number. They assumed I was a new customer and quickly replied. I asked them why they had blocked me, and they blocked me again. At that point, I went online and researched their company. I discovered numerous complaints about them, and I was certain that I had been scammed. All I want is my money back, nothing more.
