San Jose Mercury News Paper review: 4 sunday newspapers stands ×3 purchase of newspapers for sale/coupons section @ $1.50 ea stand

I'm a couponer that always goes to 7 different news paper stands and buy my newspapers for my sales /coupons that I use to do my couponing. I use to buy 4 at 7 of the stands that are close to me but have baven getting 3 newspapers 1 at each stand I go to because for the past 3 weeks now seems like whoever is delivering them isn't putting the coupons that suppose to be in it for the week. I've tried calling and just get either no answer or the run around it was cool for the 1st week but then the 2nd sunday came around now this 3rd weekend is ridiculous this was an important weekend for me because of the coupons that were coming out I went to 3 and got none of the coupons that were supposed to be in them and I got 3 payed for newspapers with no sales/coupons n no way of getting a response to my issue that need to settled.
3 newspapers ×3 stands @$1, 50 ea. =$4.50 ea week × 3 sundays =$13.50 I want to be returned and fix the issue with the newspaper stands that arent been been delivered properly
