They have an onlinie patient portal that you are supposed to send messages to doctors and staff. They rarely respond in a timely manner or respond at all. When they do respond, the responses average about 2 weeks to get back to you, regardless of how urgent matters are.

Pharmacy prescription refill requests get sent to the front office by the Pharmacy. I was informed that "sometimes" it gets to the doctors directly and sometimes it doesn't so the office staff has to route to them manually. They couldn't tell me why and how it gets routed or why it doesn't when it doesn't. I asked if it should be common procedure to follow up after the pharmacy sends requests, and was told "they don't know" so this process is broken and no one knows how it's supposed to work.

New patients are required to go through the residency program and be under the care of a residency doctor first. My experience is that the residency docs have other matters to worry more than your health. I was even told by the office staff that residency docs were near graduation and is the reason they weren't responsive to my needs. Go figure. Your health is not their top priority.

Desired outcome: No improvements after many phone calls and verbal complaints.
