I ordered same-day delivery flowers for my daughter's birthday to be delivered 1/7/2023. I ordered the flowers at 1:00 pm and called to verify they got the order and to make sure the flowers would be delivered. No answer so I left a message so I called again a couple hours later - same thing, left another message. And did the same another couple hours later. In the meantime I also sent an email requesting a response. No response, nothing, nada, zilch. Called my daughter this morning around 11:30 but the flowers still hadn't been delivered. I have now requested a cancelation of the order and a refund. If there is no response by Tuesday my bank said they will stop payment.
