Uclipusave Scam thru payday loans

This company is a network that unauthorizes withdrawls from your accts when applying for PayDay Loans...I talked to two different women with accents today and both were rude...wanted my info over again...I wanted to cancel and a refund for May...they both refused...wanted my info and I stated to them they already had it if they charged my account...the lady in Phoenix HUNG up on me...very rude...and would not listen to what I have to say...
The government needs to get involved to prevent this from happening...it puts my acct in the negative...because I don't know it's coming...I am an irate senior...have reported others too...
Be careful...learned my lesson.

My husband and I found charges for $19.99 from www.coupCS.com which is uclipusave.com for the last 11 months. When I got online with live support they informed me that they weren't affliated with that site and that they only worked with porn sites. This was the live support chat link on the uclipusave website. I have called numerous times over the last 11 months. Each time they assured me they would cancel the membership that I never signed up for and refund my money. Yet each time I am charged again the next month. I finally had enough and I called today, informed them that I had kept copies of the emails where they stated I would be refunded and that if the account wasn't closed and I wasn't refunded they would be hearing from my attorney. This was after the lady on the phone became irate and rude and refused a refund. However I hope this is the end of it. The lady got her supervisor and he assured me that it was cancelled at that moment and I should have my refund inside 10 business days. Sometimes you just have to get rude and nasty back in order to get through to them.

Uclipusave Fraud

UclipUsave took money from my accountclaiming that I gave them permission when I applied for a pay-day-loan but would not say what company. They claim thatwhen I agreed to the terms of the loan application I agrred to allow the loan company to send my account info to them to use. This whole situation is extreamly misleading because I would have never agreed to send my personal info to third parties to charge me for what ever they wanted. When I called UclipUsave a rude rep named heather refused to give me a manager to speak to and she hung up on me. When I called back I was transferd to a manager who was rude refused her name and showed no concern that there was fraud going on.

In January I had a charge on my bank account (an unused one) that I had not authorfized. When I called them, they said I had authorized it. When I disputed that, the person became very rude and said I should have read the authorization. How could I do that when I did not know about it? I told them I wanted no more money taken out of my account and wanted a refund. They refused the refund and this month that bank notified me that they had presented another check for payment. This can't be legal. This is fraud. What can I do? Attorney General? Congressman?

The same thing happened to me. Apparently they receive your information from a payday loan site. They insisted that I agreed to it, but I would never have agreed for them to take money out of my account without my explicit permission. The account they used wasn't even my current account and a lot of the information was wrong. I contacted the bank about accepting a check with the wrong information. I can clip my own coupons. I don't need to pay money for it. They were rude and refused to refund the money. The rep kept repeating the same things as if he was reading from a script.

I just filed a fraud/forgery investigation with my bank due to two "checks" that hit my account, one from USave Coupon for $23.96 and the second from Online Discount M* for $34.19. I never knowingly authorized any kind of payment to these two companies (actually they are affiliated with each other per the Arizona Better Business Bureau). They are a complete scam! I'm standing my ground and demanding that they return all money stolen from me! What they do is unethical from a business sense. If they want to run a company that offers "discounts" they should do so, but in a manner that does not attempt to deceive or swindle consumers out of their money! In addition I would like to say that never did I receive any confirmation (through email, phone, or US postal service) from either one of these "discount clubs" that I was enrolled as a "member" in their clubs or that I would be billed. I just want everyone out there to be aware of what these con-artists are up to!
