Jack Focus really has the worst service. The maid that they recommend to me had smoking and drinking beer issues so i asked for replacement as i cannot have such a maid looking after my baby. Since the maid was with me only few months and i paid $400+ for the maid insurance i asked for refund. I still have to pay administrative fee and start the new loan...

Had a bad experience hiring a maid from them. Avoid at all cost! They will use pushy tactics to get you to hire the maid quickly, then the maid decides to go back home only after working 2 months.
