I bought Gold Membership for 170 Credits with a 24% discount a few days ago, and now it's all finished, then I don't use it much at 5 or six replies since from the day I bought it, now it's finished, then (Silver $99 this one takes too long to finish but is the fewer credits one, then Gold Membership is with 170 credits for $99 but it's all finished. I does not even take five days since from the day I bought it. It's have been wiped away. Please can you trace it and tell me what I've done wrong, maybe?

Is it because of my personal issue for this to happen what I've done wrong, my God, I regret everything in life even the day I born here in this world. Could you please resolve this issue as quickly as possible?

Even you from your side you can trace it, I only do few replies on my side, even with my points I buy ten minute to finish my replies, it's not working as well but ten credit is still there. I'm totally confused and frustrated at this time.
I say to my self let me put all my money and buy more credits that could last me more, by doing this I was not aware I'm placing my self to this trap now.
Look I already with those few replies finding a match and then when I do reply back it requires credits I was so shock no I say maybe its a system error otherwise everything it will be firm now.
No that I can see this situation persist there was no hope anymore for me to be back on my replies.
I thought I'll buy credits only buy the end of the month with this amount i bought 170 for $99 that's the lot of money for me in order to be
finishing for me.

I'm begging you urgently please fix this as soon as possible and let me continue with my credit the way I was planning for it to last for me.

My heart is so painful this is the first time I do get such a thing in my life from the dating side. Please please help me to retrieve my credit back to my account so that I'm be able to continue chatting I want to have a successful story with you unlike other people as well. I real don't have money now please.
I'm real worried that even next time towards this issue even if I can put more I'll still getting experiencing the same.

I struggled for many years to buy these credits I was without the money since it's too expensive.
Now I borrow money at work to get my lady my credit disappoint me so much by those who's incharge.

After spending over 30k with this site over the years approximately 2 months ago they thought nothing of stealing some of the credits I purchased for communication purposes. I bought an addional 5 credits and was out of credits after 3 messages instead of 5. I purchased the same amount of additional credits a day later and the exact same thing happened. Thinking that they had the nerve and utter greed to do this twice in 2 days after spending 30k with them I called them and blasted them in no uncertain terms.

The result? They lied/denied doing it (Iam a businessman and numbers guy) offered n, as it should be refund and told me I was abusive (I literally hate bald face greedy liars) and closed my account, essentially stealing the 30k I invested in the site as well. I thought that other potential members should know about this criminal activity so I reported them to the BBB of Utah who takes complaints against them AND DS response was over the top fake outrage and insults and more denials. Interestingly they never got a resolved rating for my case as it should be.

I tried many times through Debit card for payment as you mentioned earlier. But nothing worked. Please make options for paying through PayPal, Internet Banking and Google Pay. It's really easy to make payments from India. You must also include QR coding. It's will be easy for many of us to fulfill our journey for our future better half.

Please give us a permanent solution.
