I signed an advert agreement with this company to have a quarter page ad within my local doctors surgery appointment cards. A first payment of £80 was taken at the beginning of Sept with a promise of artwork within 7 days. Two months later I have received nothing, they have just tried to collect an unauthorised second payment. I have called, emailed and sent recorded delivery letters all ignored. Stay clear of CAS MEDIA THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.

Breach of Contract
I entered a contract for CAS to provide 2 years of advertising in the local GP Surgery with new batches to be sent every 3 months. Only one batch was sent. I withheld the last two payments when I discovered from the GP Practice Manager that no advertising was being provided. They agreed on the phone that I was not liable for the remaining payments and was due a refund. However CAS have hounded me for the remaining payments added late fees and debt collectors' fees until £195 is now £469. They have issued a court summons for an amount my business cannot possibly afford for a service they have not provided. They are in breach of contract for not notifying their advertisers of the failure to provide service. Perhaps if we collated our testimonials in would support our cases in court. Very happy to supply mine.

I signed a contract with this company in August 2013 for advertising on a GP surgery's appointment card, which I know they do use.
Now 10 months on and I still have not had an amended proof or has any advert for my company appeared on the appointment card. Thankfully I only signed for a 12 month contract which has cost me £150. As a small business, I cannot afford to lose this amount of money.

Think they have gone bump
Cannot understand why you would put an add on TV which makes out anyone eating one of your pizzas is ###ed. Certainly does not make me want to have one. The banana is just going too far. Please stop it now.
Beware of the Call Store that advertises marketing for Security and Alarm companies. While you are trying to review their agreement they take your credit card information and charge your account without authorization and will not refund when you fail to sign the agreement.

This company get paid to advertise your program online by sending your AD to their email lists, but they don't do it even after comlaining to them for over two months they still run away with it by promising again to make you expect something from them and they still don't do it
