PSCPerks.com review: I am complaining about the 14.95 charge on my account twice. On 9-10 and 9-13

I didn't not agree to charge my account 14.95 for anything and I want to cancel what ever you are charging me twice for 14.95! I am really upset because I order quite often from you and I want to cancel that 14.95. I have ordered from lakeside for years and never had a problem with them until now. Please refund and cancel that 14.95 from my account!
