The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We have been customers of Dish Network for 13 years. 13 years! We were going to upgrade our package to include HD and DVR. They could not install it because of the weather. They charged us $25.00 for an upgrade fee. We never finished the upgrade. Then, we decided that we had it with their horrable customer service and moved on to another company. Do you...
