I started with Direct TV in Oct 26 were Direct TV took 399.00 out of my account, I was told I would get the 200.00 returned to me. I want my money refunded. On Nov 9th 2020 I called Direct TV to cancel my service I was told service would be disconnected On Nov the 26th at midnight.
