There was no HertzGold Service available today, 11/24/2020, at New Orleans International Airport. After standing in a line for one hour, along with other angry and frustrated fellow travelers, I learned the car I had reserved was actually not available. The representative then offered a pickup truck and said if I did not take the truck, she did not know how...
