Travelgenio has left an official reply on this complaint.
I`m trying to contact Travelgenio for 01 week, about my flights from São Paulo to London and London Dublin, today (London to Dublin is cancelled) and I cannot.
I want to know what is going on with the way it is cancelled and I want a refund due to the Corona Virus.
My flight is today and I'll lose my money if I don't speak to Travelgenio ASAP.
