Travelgenio has left an official reply on this complaint.
Departed from Yekaterinburg, Russia on March 22, and paid for tickets to South Korea via Bangkok.Because of the corona, the Russian flight to Bangkok (s7) was canceled.I couldn't get on the plane, but the Travelgenio website says it was a normal departure, and it is the worst.
