I lost my phone and I couldn't do a SIM swap, I asked them to change my phone number back to prepaid because I never gave them permission to change my phone number to contract and I didn't even know them, the consultant just said they'll change it with a very rude attitude Even today it's still not yet changed. I want my number sorted out ASAP .This is unprofessional and Vodacom can't help me
