The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
By far the worst ever courier service . Totally irresponsible. Rude service staffs in Malaysia and also in Singapore . They can screw up a simple delivery and then get DHL to help send the items but providing a bogus acct no . Worst is no one is aware of what 's happening until we track it to DHL and find out about the discrepancy . Even after numerou...
