Last month we started receiving several magazines geared toward men. We had no idea why we were receiving these. I noticed on on Discover charge card there was a $19.95 payment to MGZ RWD and figured out it must be for these magazines that we did not order. I tried calling the telephone number on the transaction list on my bill but could not get past the initial recording. I tried many times. I called my Discover card and they took it off my bill. This month it is there again - $19.95 to MGZ RWD. We have been marking the magazines "Return to Sender - not accepted". It is showing on the label that it is a recurring charge. I suppose I will have to change my charge card number so that it cannot be charged to it anymore. This is not only annoying, but it is theft. I am reporting them to the BBB.
They are nothing but thiefs
I couldnt get hold of them for 5 days and when I finally talked to someone today they said the 19.95 that they took out of my bank for the last 3 months was no n refundable. And used an address that I have used in over six months I have received nothing from these people. The woman also said I lied about not being able to get hold of them.
I called the company and they said it will take 3-5 business days to get resolved
